This refrigerator has been a wonderful asset to our kitchen. There was more space then I thought there would be and my family love the hub center!

Overall I love the refrigerator. The best part , of course, is the technology of the front display panel. Great sound for music, voice messages, and streaming of your TV from another room. The quality of the picture is awesome. The only thing I wish they would’ve done better, is when you try to shut the front door that has the 3 camera lens. They should’ve improved the groove that is used to line up the camera lens to help close it. Mine is off just enough that at times I have to use my hand to help guide it into the slot, in order to close the door.

Have no complaints, very pleased. I was able to download apps I use, upload photos and connect with my calendar on my other devices. The “Hi bixby” is available as an active interface. Whole family is pleased. Refrigerator is another great product from Samsung.

I bought my first Home this year and was extremely excited to buy all new Samsung Appliances to freshen up the kitchen. I’ve strictly bought only Samsung TV’s and have always loved them, so I knew that I would use Samsung for my Kitchen Appliances! I completely regret that decision now! Within the first couple months the top right door hinge cracked causing the door to drop about a 1/4in lower than the other door. Now the Door open sensor will continuously go off unless you close the door with some force. I called Samsung customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do, it isn’t covered under warranty. The price to have it fixed is roughly $500, about 1/4 the price of the fridge which is absolutely ridiculous. You’d think after dropping over $6k on new Appliances that they would have a little bit better customer support. The Samsung “Refrigerator Pro” had the nerve to tell me that it’s “normal” for the fridge hinges to break within the first year of ownership. Needless to say I’ll never be buying another Samsung product again. I’ll take my business to one of their competitors that are willing to work things out with their loyal customers.

The delivery was on time. However, they did not install the doors correctly. I had to drive back to best buy to see why my camera would not work. My doors were not installed properly.

Everything works as advertised. Looks great. The motor gets a little loud for my taste but its only occasional so no problem. So far ao good. Bought it last year, just paid it off this month.

This is THE best refrigerator I’ve ever owned!! It’s impressive and does it all! 2 downsides: 1. It does extend out far from the wall to the front 2. The top shelf doesn’t lower enough for tall/gallon drinks

The Samsung dishwasher runs super quiet! We love the light up knobs on the gas range! The microwave is wonderful and the refrigerator with the computer screen in the door is futuristic!

The Samsung refrigerator is beautiful and turns head when guests/family visit. Everyone always ask to show what the Samsung refrigerator does, and that's when the excitement begins!!

Easy to use on the door screen the freezer is spacious

Buyer beware!! Not only is the ice maker defective causing damage to the floor with the amount of leaking. Not to mention all the food that went bad when it stopped working!! Best Buy’s protection plan is awful too! Long wait times.

I don’t really like it to small inside doesn’t hold a lot of ice,can’t adjust the shelves you need to be very creative to store your grocery’s

I wouldnt recommend this . There is no space. Shelves were poorly designed. A gallon of milk dont fit u have to squeeze it in which ends up pushing other shelves. The only good is smarthub. But otherwise its a useless fridge. Not practical . If u are looking to buy buy for looks then it may work for u. I wanna go back to my GE fridge. Its had more space

The Samsung 3-Door refrigerator is probably by far the best refrigerator i have owned. To be honest, i have never owned a fridge with a giant tablet built-in to the door and on top of that, it has cameras on the inside, so you never have worry about what in your refrigerator when you are out shopping and need to know if your out of milk. Just open your samsung connect app, click on the fridge and bam take a look inside your refrigerator from anywhere on your phone. Just like that, its that easy. This fridge is just awsome. The family hub center on the fridge is just amazing. Its full of different apps, you can access the internet, play pandora, youtube videos, ring video door bell, uber, many more features and boasts a pretty nice speaker. I must admit, i am very impressed by this refrigerator and very sleek looking black stainless steel option. The interior of the fridge is pretty spacious, and has multiple, movable and retractable trays. The fridge employs a twin cooling system, so basically the top portion has its own sperate cooling system from the freezer, which allows you to set a different temperature for each section. After my thorough usage of this fridge, i found only one thing that i believe samsung could improve upon. The ice maker or the "Ice Master" is a very sluggish and sort of a messy system. It feels like it takes forever to fill a cup of ice and when you try to use the crushed ice feature, it just throws ice eveywhere. So, in short, i think Samsung should really improve this feature of this refrigerator. My overall experience with this fridge has been great and im definetly in love with the product, especially the family hub center, which by the way my kids enjoy as well.
