I love the space. I also love the option of changing the bottom to a freezer. The water filter is amazing. I stopped buying bottle water

I love, love, love this refrigerator. There are so many awesome features like scrolling photo album, cook books, and internet. Being able to look in your refrigerator while at the store is a huge plus.

The refrigerator has tons of space. The flex zone is very nice for when I have lots for the fridge. Cameras are the best.

We love it. The huge whole fridge across shelves, the ability to turn one half of your freezer into refrigerator if you want to, being able to look inside the fridge from my phone! It gently reminds if the doors are left open too long, you can make your shopping list on the fridge, and pull it up on your phone! Not to mention the weather, time, family pics, my calendar and Pandora all a touch away! Quick freeze and quick fridge options are nice too!

I saw that there was another customer with a similar experience that we had with our purchase. When we bought the fridge, it said it came with the Geek Squad White Glove service. It was supposed to include moving of the old fridge to a different location, installation of the new fridge, connecting it to wifi, and any of our other devices (we bought the remote speaker as well) So out of all of these things that were supposed to happen, other than dropping off the new fridge and bringing into the house "kinda" that was it. And I say bringing into the house "kinda" because they asked for my help to support it through the front door way. I even had to remove the door off the hinges myself to make sure this monster of a fridge would fit. I even had to show them how to use a piece of cardboard and tape it to the front to cover the panel/screen to help insure that there would be not damage to the screen. This is something they should have known to do. After all of this, I showed them were I wanted the old fridge in the laundry room. He said they would not be able to move it with out moving out the washer or dryer to make room to get it through the doorway. I of course responded with, "let me guess, you don't move dryers". So I removed the door to the laundry room, moved out the dryer and was ready for the transfer. By that time the delivery guys were ready to leave. They had moved my old fridge into the hallway and plugged in the power cord for the fridge and wanted me to sign paperwork. I asked, what about connecting it to wifi and hooking up our devices? He said, he doesn't know anything about this fridge or how to do those things. I asked him if there was an instruction manual, he said yes it is inside the fridge. So they didn't even take of the packing foam and things off. So I had to unpack the new fridge, go through the manual, hook up the water line, purge the water filter, setup the wifi and connect devices, move the old fridge, put back the dryer, rehang both laundry room and front door. I realize it would have been some work for these guys to move around the fridge and stuff but this was included in the installation as well as the Geek Squad stuff. On top of that I was going to tip them $80. Their loss I guess... Personally, I didn't see an advantage of buying through Best Buy since they didn't hold up their end of the bargain. Hopefully Best Buy will rectify my experience somehow and I can update my post. My visit to the store was less than satisfactory letting them know about my experience. They said someone will contact me... Fridge itself is pretty cool. My wife and I enjoy it.

Very happy with my decision to purchase this Samsung Hub. I use the camera in the fridge often. The internet access is excellent for looking up recipes while you are cooking. The memo board helps you to keep organized. There is so much to do with the technology on the fridge that I am still learning.

It's like having a refrigerator and a tablet combined into one which you have the SMART REFRIGERATOR!!! You can sync this with all your other Samsung devices as well and lets say you forgot to check to see what other things you might need to pick up to put in the fridge, well it has cameras where you can look to see what's inside.

This refrigerator is amazing. It has so much room. The tablet is great for many things.

We went back-and-forth several times on whether or not to get the fridge with the technology or not and in the end I couldn't stop myself. I really love this fridge and it's features. The calendar is a great plus to keep us organized. I would love it if there was a lot more apps or an option to download apps. Oh yeah and it works great as a Fridge to lots of space so happy we got it.

A well-designed and executed appliance, the Samsung Family Hub fulfills many desires at once: larger space, flexibility, coordinated family calendar and shopping lists, photo albums to display family events, vacations, seasonal themes, radio, internet...and still more. We use the flex zone as a wine fridge. It's been an extremely satisfying purchase, and the Geeks were excellent.

Easy to use and set up. Adds a lot of features and advantages to our kitchen.

Great appliances and deal $300 less overall total versus home depot. The down side and it's not rare is the poor delivery, I had to reschedule 3 times till I'll my wife actually received the products, so that's 2 days she had to falsely anticipate until she actually received the products. Overall installation was great and to my personal opinion it's a hit or a miss when it comes to they're delivery services. It definitely is something important for the company to work on to make costumers actually feel like this is the "Best place to Buy".

I love that this fridge allows you to choose how you want to use the bottom right drawers for freezer, meats/fish or produce and cheeses. I also love the built in wine rack! Lots of door shelves also! I also love the feature that lets you view inside when you are away from home to see if you need any essentials.

I love this fridge primarily because it is so roomy with the flex zone which allows me to configure the bottom right half as a fridge or wine cooler. I don't freeze much so this is a great feature! The display is very nice too - love to listen to Pandora while pulling up my shopping list for the week or reviewing my recipe's. The display is great too as I can send messages from my phone to the display and vice versa. When not in use, the screen saver scrolls through my family photos. Also, there is a hidden USB port inside the door that is very handy too! The fridge is very quite which is a plus unlike my GE fridge that was horribly loud. It's pricey though, but worth every penny to me!!

For someone who wants some WOW factor with their fridge this is the one for you. It's like having a huge tablet glued to your fridge that has some novel feature like being able to view your fridge interior from the store with your smartphone. No butter compartment is my only complaint so far.

I love listening to pandora on this but sometimes I have to log out and log back in. Nonetheless it's unique and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a very user-friendly refrigerator and the in door screen is somewhat useful. I do not live within the city limits so a lot of the features are not available to me such as grocery delivery etc. The flexible section of the refrigerator allows you to choose freezer or refrigeration mode very easily and it is extremely helpful to have that! The whole family exchanges notes about upcoming events and meaningless humor on the sticky note feature of the screen. The black stainless exterior is truly smudge proof and the appliance stays beautiful ...
