Really enjoy being able to cook in two ovens or one big one. Also like the use of the griddle. I do a lot of cooking for church and friends and everything turns out wonderful on this stove!

While this range/oven have way more features than we need, it offered convenience and style. Easy to keep clean and dual oven feature has been more helpful than we thought.

We are very pleased with this oven. Mind you, it replaced a gas range from 2004. Getting the ability to have a double oven in the space of a single oven is very useful. If you're using both of them at once the items you are cooking can't be very tall but unless you're baking tall things it may not be a big deal. You'll not be able to cook a turkey and bake a cake at the same time. We had quick delivery of the stove and it was a painless replacement and haul away.

Love my new range, but no broiler pan!

I recently had the flex-duo stainless steel range installed. It looks beautiful and even a bit high-end. I have only used it a few times (have had it less than a week), so I'm sure I have a lot to learn. I am excited about the double-oven and convection features, too, but I agree with some of the other reviews that the heat is something fierce that radiates from the stove top when the oven is on. I would easily give this a 5 star/excellent review other than for the heat factor and the fact that I was VERY disappointed to learn that you do not even get a broiler pan with this range. For the price of this product, I would think that Samsung or Best Buy would include one - maybe instead of a wok grate which will get used a lot less in my house. I had left my old broiler pan in the range that they took away because I assumed that this would come with one. Now I am without and will need to purchase one. Not the end of the world, but that is a much-used item for a range.

    Dissapointing

My review of this stove that I posted on the "Samsung" page was never posted, so obviously they cherry pick the reviews. I got this stove on 7/1/2015. The oven never heated to the set temperature, either too high or too low, among other problems. Best Buy were so great and replaced it. Best customer service ever. I got the second one on 7/15/2015. Still the actual temperature never accurate with the set temperature so I now rely on my own thermometers not the panel temperature. The top burners are a dream for any cook, but if you like to bake pastries, cakes, and bread, accurate temperature is VERY important. It is a disappointment that a Samsung product is so bad and figure most home cooks never check actual temperature of their oven. What is the chance that I got 2 bad units? I talked to two Samsung customer service reps. they were clueless about the product and kept reading troubleshooting points that I can read myself in the booklet I have. Well now that I have the stove for 45 days, Past the 30 day window to return it, every time I turn convection bake in upper oven, the broiler goes on at the same time. I did not realize that and burned cookies. I figured maybe it was my mistake and I pushed the broil button by accident. But it kept happening again. The broiler sometimes goes on with the top oven convection bake and you end up with burnt food in minutes. Also, the bread proof feature is useless since it goes to 125°F which is too high. Bread should proof at 85-90°F. Also, until now, I am not sure if it is a problem with my unit or all of them, even when you press the button for the light, every time you open the door. It goes off…. Extremely annoying. Another issue… Even though I turned OFF the “Auto Conversion” feature because I want to control the temperature, it still adjusts temperature 25 degrees less or even more when I use convection so I have to raise my temperatures to even that out. So the turn off auto conversion is also useless. I will make my third call to Samsung customer service. If it is productive, I will update my review.

My wife loves the new gas range. The oven is deep enough to handle the pizza pan, we were worried about that. The oven being either one large or two smaller is great. She was able to cook two things at same time on two different heat settings. The stove top is also excellent. Love the wok and the high heat burner. The grill center is great for pancakes and French toast. My wife is very happy with this oven and now is able to get things cooked and browned with the convection oven. Thanks Samsung

This range exceeded my expectations as we shopped for a new range. Love the dual oven with options to do both convection or regular oven. Great for baking bread in one and a pot roast in the other. Love it! We've used the grill pan numerous times with amazing results. Bacon, hamburger patties, pancakes, grilled chicken, eggs and hash browns, steaks ... Love this feature for our busy family.

    Unique Dual Oven Design

To have a single oven capable of converting to a dual oven with the insertion of a simple plate is a stroke of genius. In the space of a regular range this oven converts from one oven to two and back again just by removing or inserting a shelf. Yes it is more expensive but it is a feature we don't regret paying for,

After shopping at several appliance dealers carrying all major brands, we again selected best Buy for this purchase. Samsung was our choice and we ended upgrading to a more expensive model after first deciding on another. The dual oven was not available on our first choice, but after considering that feature for the dollar difference, we upgraded.

Best oven I have owned yet. Awesome range of cook top burners. The oven bakes very well, top or bottom. Baking in convection mode is great but finding out you need to lower the temp about 25 degrees. I wish it came with one more of the glider rack instead of just one. Only issue I find with the oven, it heats up the kitchen quite a bit.

If you are in the market for a dual convection oven gas range, look no further. There are far too many great features to list here, so do yourself a favor and look into it. You won't be disappointed. Using the product is everything I knew it would be. I couldn't be more pleased. And the price was the sweet spot!

What you need to know about the Samsung Duo Flex - It is beautiful and easy to use. The broiler has a low and high setting and works so much better and evenly than my prior stove. Everything cooks very well. Other reviews are correct that you absolutely cannot put your food in while oven it is warming up. It is nice that it shows the temperature as it is rising. Also, it is the broiler that heats up the top portion where you may be prone to burn items if you are not careful. There is not an automatic convection converter. It has been useful for me to have the ability to cook at two different temperatures when needed. There is a roll out rack for the bottom which is wonderful but not the split rack mentioned on the Samsung site. However, you should know that although the interior is very large, when the divider is in, I keep it in all the time, the two spaces are limited in height and rack spacing. It has 3 racks but I really can't cook on all 3 at the same time because of room for the food. I actually have regressed to using the bottom oven most of the time with the roller rack so I can use the normal bake feature and not worry about anything possibly being burned on the top. So in reality, although the convection and two oven are nice features, you may want to save the money ($200)and get a really nice oven with the lesser model. For the holidays we actually couldn't use two different ovens because we needed the space, we had to take out the divider which is very simple but it was a pain to find a safe place for it. I am very disappointed that although the griddle is heavy it has an extremely delicate no-stick coating. It is scratched and I have not even used it yet. It went into the drawer below but don't let anything come in contact with it such as the wok holder. The rubber feet of the grates have slightly melted after a month and one tends to fall out. I have to be careful not to lose it down the drain. You really need it or it will scratch the surface of the stove. The cleaning of the black surface is now a time consuming project every day. It takes multiple cleanings with Windex and Cerama Brite wipes and then you have to finish with a micro fiber clothe to get the dust and lint. The manual says to use water and a soft cloth but this does not clean a thing. The burners all come apart very easily to clean but the multi one allows stuff to fall in that doesn't come off very easily. Unfortunately, appliances today will never last like our parents' did. Best Buy delivery and service was fantastic.

Much better than an oven with two doors. Nice to still have a full size oven for large items. Slide in the separator shelf and you have two ovens again, plus convection. It's even a dehydrator. Can't wait to try that out.

Read some reviews on this item before purchasing. We wanted a double over but after looking at them you lose so much space. This product give you the versatility of a single oven and a double oven. The black stainless steel looks stunning. The power burner boils water in just a few minutes. Samsung has really upped their game with this product.

Everything met my expectations. The main feature attracts me is the removable grid / adapter for using wok over the gas burner. The oven temperature is not properly calibrated. i.e. setting 400 degree only yields around 350, which cause some delay in a dinner party. Base on the manual, the display can be adjusted +/- 35 degree after calibration. It means I need to purchase a calibration kit. Overall, a quality range.

Great feature having two ovens in one. Cooking and baking time is reduced. Overall baking result has been even with two pans or trays at the same time. Removal of the oven separator panel is simple but awkward to store when out of oven. Love the burners and do use the center griddle the most. Cleaning is also easy.
