The oven and range are fine. When the oven divides into double neither is very useful. Also, the top oven is only convection. I was not aware of that when I purchased it.

paint peels, knobs break, display acts up for no reason

Purchased to cook turkey in bottom and other items on top. Top is only convection and turkey will not fit! IT was sent back today.

The convection fan in the lower oven was repaired 3 times!! The last time I asked the technician to heat the oven before he left and the same problem still existed. I spent many hours waiting at home for a technician to repair this range. I will not purchase a Samsung appliance again and would rate it less than one star were the option available!!!

There is a limitation using the 2 ovens simultaneously that I was not aware of prior to purchasing. (Our original oven had a "warming drawer", so we were able to use the oven at any setting such as 375 and keep the drawer warm from 180-350). Page 37,38 of the user manual confirms what temperature settings are available. For example: If you have the top oven set to 425, the lowest setting allowed for the lower oven is 350. Although this is a 75 degree difference, the difference decreases as the highest temperature decreases i.e. 325/275 and 250/225. Initially we went to the store with a different Samsung model in mind, but when we saw the Duo and was told that it would work like our oven at home, we were sold. Had we realized about the temperature differences beforehand, it would have impacted our decision. Chances are we would have still purchased this model anyway. We were just shocked that it didn't work as the salesman said. I'm sure he didn't know and I don't have hard feelings. The convection fans are reasonably quiet, but you can hear them cycling on and off. If it worked as I expected, I would have scored it a 5. There is a cost for the split oven and extra controls and that is the minus one star. It is a very nice feature to remove the divider and have a full size oven. I would have done a review a short time from now after using it more, but I wanted to get that temperature issue out there as I feel that others should know this before getting it in their door.

I've only had the oven for a couple of weeks but I love it so far. Watch out because things will cook faster than your old oven! Love love love the continuous grate. The major con is that there is no where to store the flex duo divider. I believe there is in the electric version and I assumed there was in the gas also but I was dead wrong. Right now we put it along the side of the stove but that is not a solution. My biggest disappointment is with Samsung the company and my inability to get the service/parts needed for my stovetop. I noticed that the big power burner seemed crooked and upon further inspection I realized it was missing 2 out of the 3 screws that hold it to the top of the oven. I've been trying for a week now to get the 2 screws so I can fix the burner. Samsung is so aggravating to try to file a warranty issue. I would suggest doing a very good inspection of the burners when your item arrives.

This was not the stove I wanted but worth the price.

We recently upgraded our electric range with this gas range and I can't tell you how happy I am with it. I love that it has the feature that you can split the one oven into two when needed.

The loud click click click is the oven as it turns itself on and off. Sometimes a dozen times in one minute. It's a fairly loud click so you have to learn to ignore the fact it makes the annoying clicking sound whenever you bake. Love the faux double oven though. And the ball baring rack. Easy to control heat from the burners. However, after a couple of years, all the knobs have broken. There is an inner metal sleeve that fits over the post, but it needs an outer metal ring to keep it from cracking because the knob itself IS PLASTIC. It has a metal weight to make it feel like it's metal, but it's not. Now the bad part. It's $93 to replace the knob with OEM. $93 EACH. So just shy of $500 and probably over $500 with shipping. I can live with the loud incessant clicking, even though I think that's a design flaw, but $500 to replace the knobs is unacceptable. This coupled with the worst refrigerator on the planet (Samsung). Never again Samsung.

My wife love it. It cooks food evenly. The fact that you can have 2 things cooking at 2 different temps is pretty awesome. It looks beautiful. FYI do not buy the dishwasher, doesn't have heated dry and will leave your dishes soaked.

The knobs are very easy to break, and each cost $50 or more to replace.

I love this range. It is so versatile. The burners are very powerful.
