Great alternative to double ovens. Like the convenience.

The stove is a good stove. One of the burners did not work when I got it but Best Buy fixed it for free. The Geek Squad repair person Gabino was great. Getting the installation was like pulling teeth. XPO logistics the company that coordinates the installs has no clue about what they are doing and they are very rude. Annaleeza the customer service person at Best Buy was awesome. The one quirk is the middle grill. I was excited about this and one of the main reasons to buy this stove but it was a little dissapointing. It takes a long time for it to heat up and even then does not cook very fast. I guess I will live with it. The oven is amazing it cooks so much more evenly than my old stove.

Very versatile range with great burner BTU variety. Controls are very intuitive and easy to use. The dual oven arrangement with the removable dividers works very well for single/small oven tasks

I am loving my stove. I am still getting use to it. Each burner handles different size or frying/simmering. I am loving the dual ovens with the convection. It seems to cook a lot more quickly and evenly than my old one. No guess work own how long it will take to bake. The house doesn't get as hot. It is great!

First of all I love the name Samsung everything they have is great, what made this deal so sweet was it all was a package deal with great pricing and 18 month financing. We are having our home built and will install these new appliances so I will give my review then but I'm sure it will still be a 5 star rating.

the range has a lot of bells and whistles..probably more than I need but I do like cooking on it and there are things I just need to get accustomed to that I didn't have before like convection.

My husband and I are very happy with our new range. We love the fact that we can either cook with the oven as a convection over or regular oven and we can cook two items at different temps when using as a regular oven. We also love the middle burner with the griddle. It is great for making pancakes!! The range looks great in the kitchen. All of our cabinets are white as well as the refrigerator, so we weren't sure how the black stainless was going to look, but it looks awesome. I would highly recommend this item. This is the second Samsung major appliance we have purchase and we are very happy with both of them!

This is a beautiful stove and it makes me feel like a chef when I cook. I do wish it had that beautiful interior blue like the dual door ovens! Be prepared to read up on the features so you understand how to use all of the options. So far we have been very happy!

I loved everything about this stove until I realized that the sales person told me something that was not true and did not realize until months later. I love the Big Burner on the stove. I loved the griddle in the middle and loved the fact that there was storage underneath the stove. The one thing I was told that even though there was the convection feature I could still use the regular cooking feature on both ovens. Not true!! Only can use the regular oven on the bottom which I use 95% of the time but the top part is ONLY convection which I DID NOT like.

Every thing in this range is good. cooking setting covers most of the stuff we do. the Flex duo was something we wanted and it works perfectly

The 5 burners are great. The fast boil burner is amazing. The ability to split the oven into 2 is a nice feature, The pull out tray for an over rack is great as well

Love the stove and cook's thing very fast. The temps in the over are a little confusing because the bottom part of the over pre-heats faster than the top.

I originally came in to buy a different stove, but after comparing the features against others- this stove offered so much more than others at this price range. The only down side is the griddle- it cooks pancakes, bacon, fajitas very well but it doesn't do well for making tortillas. Other than that- it's great and I would highly recommend this stove. I'm a very happy customer with the product and with Best Buys customer service! Thanks Best Buy!

Nice Gas Range, the convection feature greatly reduces cooking time. I have only used the top half of the oven thus far and not the "dual" oven feature. What I have used so far works very well.
