I think I can repeat a lot of the concerns other people had. Given that this us a new phone, it should perform much better than it does. The processor speed is not good and you will notice laggy, slow performance. Even with virtual RAM (only 4GB available), there is not enough memory to keep background apps open. I just fought for over half an hour to log into a bank app because I would request a text or call code, just to have the app be closed automatically and have to start the process all over again. Playing games is extremely difficult unless you close all other apps first, otherwise even simple animations cause lag and stuttering framerate. The screen is a good size and the phone is fairly inexpensive, but you're much better off buying a refurbished, several years old Galaxy S series for a comparable price or less. Check your options, because this phone is incredibly frustrating to use.

Ive been using this phone for a while it works good but the battery life is bad and the camera works fine and the phone itself is good for the price.

I purchased this phone for my granddaughter. She is so happy and that makes me happy!! It’s a great starter phone and has everything she needs at this time as she is an early teen.

The performance of this phone is terrible. Everything is super laggy there were constant delays with inputs. Trying to open/close apps would result in undesirable actions. My 6 year old phone I was replacing is snappier than this phone. While the resolution was good on the camera, it would lag so badly that it was hit or miss whether the picture would actually be taken. The screen is good and videos/pictures look great once they loaded. Battery life was good, as would be expected on a new phone. Cannot recommend this phone. Was a waste of $200.

Its working perfectly fine, camera is excellent and apps downloading is acurate. Love it.

This was a very good upgrade for me at a reasonable price. It gives me more memory and camera lenses that meet my needs.

It does everything that I wanted to do in run hot. It doesn't freeze up on me and it doesn't run slow.

I bought this phone for my sister to replace her moto z3. I set it up for her and it works great. I only buy samsung phones and televisions. They definitely are the best choice for me.

The phone runs well and battery is awesome, my only complaint is that the display brightness doesnt get as dark as I want it be.

Great product, great price, no issues. At first j tried the 99 dollar nokia but every week a new glitch would occur. I asked the guy at my local best buy if this entry level samsung for only a 100 dollars more would also have glitches. Je said no . He was right. Thanks man

New Samsung for work. I had an old Samsung so this was a very easy transition. There were some changes that I liked better on the old phone but perfectly doable.

I got this for my Husband and he likes it. The setup was super easy, no problem with sim card and micro SD. the camera is good takes nice picture, light weight and budget friendly. Overall great purchase.

After having used my new Samsung A16 cell phone, it is NOT as fast as I initially thought. MANY TIMES, I get frustrated when the cell phone DOESN'T respond as quickly as I would like. In addition, the battery drains quite rapidly. I would NOT recommend the Samsung A16 cell phone to anyone.

I like this phone. Nice screen. Doesn’t lag. Yet. Updates with the 8 are due for this phone soon
