This is a great phone for the price! It has great memory, charges quickly, and operates as any other Android! The camera is lacking and I do get comments from others about upgrading, but if this is the only draw back I am happy with my 2010 looking photos haha

Purchased for my husband he had another brand wasn't doing what he needed for work. The Samsung products I have always trusted and owned for my kids and so far great quality and everyone hasnt had any complaints. Will purchase more Samsung products in the future. Happy with Samsung and their Quality.

Solid phone, gifted it to my uncle back in the motherland becauses hes been using a flip phone for 15 years. He loves and I can finally video call him.

This is a nicely put together phone and does what I need it to. The screen is clear and bright and the camera takes great pictures. My only complaint is battery life, it has not lasted as long as I thought it would. Have to charge late afternoon to make it through the day.

Extremely happy with this purchase. My previous phone was a Samsung A-50; this A-16 appears to be a substantial upgrade especially being a budget phone. I would definitely recommend!

I dropped my Galaxy Flip phone while traveling out of state. The touch screen no longer functional. Thats no air flight, no Uber, no access to family. Best Buy helped me with this inexpensive smart phone. getting me out of a serious jam. It was functional and served me well!

Has a lot more toys to play with !! Can do more using WiFi with my Smart TV !! Easy to use !!

The best way I can describe the Samsung Galaxy A16 phone is to compare it to a base model car- it has a ton of features, but you can still tell it's not mid-level or high-end. For those young enough to have not ever had a "true" base model anything, What I mean is a base model car used to be just a car. No extras. No tech. Manual everything, including transmission and windows. No radio or a/c. Very basic. In cell phones, the equivalent would be a very basic old-school flip phone that basically only can be used for calls and texts. I think the Samsung Galaxy A16 is a great phone. It has a lot of features, so I wouldn't call it basic. But, I also know it's not on the same level as the high-end smart phones. So, if you're considering buying this phone, I encourage you to consider what you want and need to get out of your phone. If you're ok with not having every available feature, then you'll most likely like it. If you're wanting a great phone without the high price tag, then I recommend it for sure! Hope that helps!

I love my new phone! It is easy to hold, a great size, and the colors are clear and bright! Makes me happy!

So far so good! Bought for Dad, who is older, and doesn't need a thousand dollar phone. Works great for him and is actually a great value!

For under $200, this phone is a steal! You get 5G, a big AMOLED display, and solid battery life. It’s hard to find this level of quality and long-term software support at this price point. Great value for money!

Its a great phone for my teenager who loves gaming. The battery does not run down fast so that is so nice.
