Galaxy A16 at purchased at Best Buy

I have used it for about 3 months now and i'm loving lots of features on this phone. I look forward to purchasing the same product for a family member soon.

This was a replacement for an older parent's iPhone 8. There's a learning curve for people who may not be tech savvy but for anyone else, this is a convenient and affordable option. I can't speak to the quality of the camera because it's mainly used for calls, texts and some light internet browsing.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smart watch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Although your Galaxy devices may get warm sometimes, they have built-in safeguards to alert you and protect themselves if their temperature exceeds the normal operating range. Check out, "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" to learn about the factors that may affect your device's temperature. There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. Good budget phone

Plus it can run apps that my old OS couldnt. Manage your expectations, it is a little slow sometimes but it works well enough for me.

You really need a case/cover to offer better grip. The phone works as it should on 4G and 5G. Battery life is as expected and will last with normal use for 24hours or more.
