I don't like some of the features on this A16 Samsung phone. This phone is suppose to be a upgrade. When you are looking up a contact person name, you have to scroll down all the names,i nstead of hitting the letter of the person name.I previously had the A13 Samsung phone.

I despise this phone. This is my third or fourth cheap Samsung phone, up until now I have loved them and never had an issue. This is one is terrible. Battery life is awful. Despite my home Wifi being set to auto-connect it will not detect my home wifi without me restarting my phone every single time I return to my house. The touch screen sucks, you have to touch a very specific spot up to when pulling down the menu or it does nothing. The touchscreen failed after 3 months and I had to mail it in for repairs because the Samsung verified repair people could not repair it themselves. During the nearly 2 weeks it took for the Samsung mail in repair process I went back to my old A03 and all my problems went away. No wifi issues, no touchscreen issues. I wish I could just have a new version of the A03 phone. This phone sucks and makes me consider an iphone.
