Touchscreen failed after 3 months

I despise this phone. This is my third or fourth cheap Samsung phone, up until now I have loved them and never had an issue. This is one is terrible. Battery life is awful. Despite my home Wifi being set to auto-connect it will not detect my home wifi without me restarting my phone every single time I return to my house. The touch screen sucks, you have to touch a very specific spot up to when pulling down the menu or it does nothing. The touchscreen failed after 3 months and I had to mail it in for repairs because the Samsung verified repair people could not repair it themselves. During the nearly 2 weeks it took for the Samsung mail in repair process I went back to my old A03 and all my problems went away. No wifi issues, no touchscreen issues. I wish I could just have a new version of the A03 phone. This phone sucks and makes me consider an iphone.

I like the size, and it's 5G, but the battery drains faster than the previous Samsung Galaxy phones. The color is not as good either.

I have purchased two phones from Best Buy. Each time I was welcomed at the door and offered assistance right away. The associates were informative and made sure I got what I wanted. They even gave me the best prices. Thanks Best Buy!

I got this after my Samsung Galaxy s10e died after 5 1/2 years. I figured anything I bought would be faster than a phone that old. Wrong! It's much slower- tapping the screen often doesn't register for 4-5 seconds. I'll think the tap must have not gone through, so I'll tap it again, only to then have both taps register, and go somewhere I didn't want to go. The fingerprint sensor is more annoying than anything else because it works maybe 40% of the time - the passcode has become less frustrating to use. Then there's the problem of unlocking it find 3 apps open, none of which I had opened. It will randomly change display settings, move icons around, and not pick up bluetooth devices - even when everyone in the room has a phone that picks it up. As for basic functions, it works.....if you can tolerate the annoyances.

Works like a charm, first I went to amazon, the vendor sent me the wrong item. I just went to best buy. and picked it up.
