excelente product but the cellphone chager during more time

Purchased this phone as my s23ultra died and needed a cheap phone to tide me over until the s26ultra is released. However , while I understand it is a cheap phone , the fact that it is almost unusable as a phone is unacceptable. Cannot run simple apps and expect to even be able to answer a call. While usimg google maps, an incoming call made it to my watch but the phone didnt register the incoming call for two minutes after i answered it on the watch and already hung up as an incoming call. Unable to run 2 apps at all where apps needing 2 factor codes from texts or email fully closes the app needing the code which starts a loop . Also takes about 40 seconds between each attempt to take a picture and half the time the camera fail with error.

This phone is affordable and a great value. This phone meets my basic needs.

I had a great experience purchasing my ipad at the Kendall store located in Miami. Eventhought it was not in stock at this store the sales person made it easy for more me to pick it up the same day at the Dadeland store. Thank you again

Great phone for young kids to serve their need with reasonable price.

My wife has this phone, I am still considering it. She is happy with compared to he Samsung S8 phone. A big upgrade, so I am trying NOT to have the same phone as her anymore. But for the price, its worth the money no matter how tech savy you are.

Takes some time getting use to all the functions that it comes with.

My daughter loves it, I bought it to her as a birthday gift.

Very bad experience. I bought open box cell phone at the store. While charging at home it turned off every 10-15 minutes and I had to turn it on each time. I went online to try to find an option to exchange but there was only option to buy. I saw that open box sells for $40-60 cheaper. The guy at the store sold me open box for full price. I bought online another phone to pick up at the store and went there to return defective open box phone. A guy at customer service wanted to charge me $45 restocking fees ! For defective opened box phone that they sold me for a full price ! After speaking with the manager, and explaining him the issues, manager treated me like I am a fool and said that the phone screen goes black because it goes to a sleep mode . I explained that I know the difference between phone turning off and the phone that goes in sleepjng mode. After spending 45 minutes and waiting for the phone to turn off while nobody is touching it, i was able to return it without paying restocking fees for defective opened box phone which they sold me for a full price. Very bad experience!

Excellent value for the money. Very happy with my new phone. The phone quality meet my expectations.

Great phone for very basic needs. Nothing special, and easy to use.

I have had nothing but problems with this phone I got it the day that it was released. Which was roughly 9 months ago I've had to do several factory reset I also had to reset my network multiple times. The network issues is the main problem can never find a network, I have a protection plan through The geek squad for 2 years I was under the impression that I had the first year with Samsung under warranty and then after the first year I'm with the geek squad for any repairs afterwards I went in to speak with someone at The geek squad a few months ago he didn't really seem interested in helping me much at all and then came to tell me that they could replace the phone but then the protection plan is invalid after that I would have to buy a whole new one. That is not fair it is ridiculous. How can you have a cell phone without a protection plan already paid $80 for the first protection plan and now I got to pay another less than a year later because the phone is a piece of crap

Somewhat slow phone. But not too slow. Terrible camera though

Very good celphone but poor batery life. I have to charge it almost everyday.
