I love my new phone! Compared to my very old phone, this is a vast improvement. The display and functionality are great. I also want to thank Nor, an agent of the Geek Squad at the Richfield, MN store, for transferring all of the data from my old phone and providing a brief tutorial on using the features of the new phone. He also gave advice on where to get some online assistance which I have used.

I am a Samsung as Android user for over ten years and the A16 has all the basics covered -- especially if you don't do a lot of texting, emailing, or web searches. I don't game on a phone, so I can't comment on it. It is as good as my old Galaxy S21. My only negative is the slick "glastic" housing. I use a tight, rubber cover to provide a sturdy feel in the hand.

Been long enough that I feel I can leave an honest review. I purchased this for my 6 year old son. I was able to set up the Parental features easy enough and it doesn't have too many bells and whistles that I feel like are going to waste because he does not use. On the plus side, he loves it too.

It's a great backup phone. The battery and the camera is great for the price.

My old Samsung phone was seven years old, and this was such a great buy that I couldn't resist it. Everything was easy to transfer to the new phone. I wish I had gotten it sooner. Everything is great about this phone.
