    Happy with all aspects of the phone. It was a little difficult to activate and port over... Pretty poorly written instructions provided by Best Buy and required that I call Verizon to get it done.

    This is a replacement for an identical, year-old phone that went through the washer. Was happy with the original and wanted to replace it with an identical model. Delivered promptly and at a wonderful price. What more could one ask for?

    Its a smart phone. Purchased it for dad because his samsung s9 literally split open along its case even though it was secured in an otterbox defender case. This phone was one of the few that is capable of working with his pacemaker app.

    This phone works great and transferring apps and other data from the old phone was no problem. The only issue I have that about 2 months ago a notification started showing up that USB connected / disconnected repeatedly when nothing was connected. After some investigation I found out that this is a known Samsung problem on some devices and that there is no permanent fix. This problem runs the battery down in about 8 hours.
