Good phone for a mid-range (priced) phone. Large battery makes phone a little heavier than mobiles w/less battery power.

So far I love my new phone. It has plenty of data storage 128GB internally. You can also add new Micro cards upgrading the additional storage to 128GB more. I was constantly running out of room on my old phone. Wonderful phone.

I purchased this phone when my other Samsung crashed. The one I was originally going to get was out of stock. This phone is ok. It does the job but nothing spectacular to right about.

My wife is very happy with the A53 so far. It was a replacement for an S8 which had been abused dropped daily (small children involved), cracked but kept on ticking. With better case and more memory she can take all the photos she needs.

While not as robust as an S22 it is a good phone. I have had no problems with it so far and it is performing well. The price can’t be beat.

Nice Mid Range phone. Gets you all the basics of the Samsung phones. Lacks wireless charging and E-Sim. The later I was very disappointed.

I purchased a refurbished phone from Best Buy, hoping for a quality device at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the phone stopped working within a couple of weeks, revealing it was likely defective from the start. Despite reaching out, I received little assistance, leaving me with an unusable device and no return on my investment. If you’re considering a refurbished purchase here, I would advise caution. Best Buy should have more stringent quality control on their refurbished products to prevent situations like this. It’s disappointing to spend money and end up with a product that doesn’t meet basic reliability standards.

Bought for my daughter,she loves it!Only one little problem,no headphone port ,but with Bluetooth headphones will do the job.

The phone is very nice. At this pricepoint, there really is no better. That said... I am so not impressed with Samsung on this one. They totally jumped the gun releasing this phone. The phone is advertised as having DUAL SIM slots and an SD card slot... well, kind of... either 2 SIMs *or* 1 SIM and 1 SD card. But not all three at once. But the bigger problem is that the phone will NOT recognize a second SIM in the tray that is clearly designed to hold it. I was finally transerferred to a Samsung Care Pro who told me that the dual SIM capability will come with a future software update. BUT there is no date for that event is available at this time. "A couple of weeks," he told me... that really inspired confidence. So, I hope you really didn't need that second SIM slot... for a while anyway.. or longer. Who knows?

My hubby is so happy with this phone. Small size is perfect, features are awesome. Bought this use with a prepaid plan and once we got it set up it is wonderful! Another quality Samsung product

Solid phone had to return to do to lack of headphone jack.

So far this phone has been working great for me. I was having so many issues with my S9 Galaxy and now I’m not having any issues at all with new phone.

I am not happy with this phone the roaming is not working well. automatically can not pick up

When scrolling it's lags and stutters rather noticeably. It does it at 120 and 60 hz so I'm guessing it's the processor and reviews I've read suggest that's probably the case. Maybe they can fix it? Probably the worst I've seen in a phone in years honestly. It's got plenty of nice features otherwise but I dunno. My old phone with a snapdragon 765g did not lag and I paid about the same. Companies are really cheaping out hardware these days smh. Still worth a buy in my opinion if you get it at a good price. I certainly wouldn't pay anything close to suggested retail tho unless they address the issue.
