The Samsung Galaxy A53 5g is an amazing phone. The picture quality is awesome. This phone offers lots of cool easy features that are simple to use.

Samsung phones are kind of OK but I think Google makes better phones than Samsung.

I bought this for my Dad who is coming from older Samsung phone. It was easy to transfer all the data wirelessly during the setup. Great phone at great price. Best battery life.

Don’t expect a premium experience from this phone since you only get what you pay for. The software experience leaves a lot to be desired due in large part of the Samsung Exynos 1280 chipset (the brains of the device). Samsung’s chipsets can’t hold a candle up to the Snapdragon chipsets. The laggy nature of this phone is apparent every time you boot up the device. It becomes more apparent when you’re trying to open apps and it takes a few visible moments before they respond. This is good for folks who aren’t heavy users of their phones and primarily want to use it for calling and texting. Power users who want a premium experience should cough up some extra dough for a better device.

Excellent phone nice price , run good big screen good auido compatible with many different device's for iphones user this is a great options, if you are looking for a chance

Overall was a decent phone, just would not buy again. A little stuttering, but for midrange, got the job done.

I haven't owned a Samsung for at least 10 years. Thought i would give it another try. I bought the phone last night. And a separate charging block because it's no longer included. I charged it to 80%. After 20 minutes of use, the charge was down to 59% and overheating. Until that happened I really liked the phone. Colors were vibrant. Graphics were clear. Volume was good. With that said, I'll just keep my Motorola.

Very nice phone...Purchased 2 and saved 200 dollars on sale. I think I made a good choice for our first smart phones. Expandable storage is a big plus too.

Phone is good and meets all specs , if you are looking to move away from Iphone and need all things which you want on a phone , this is the best one to buy at this price

This phone has one major problem for me. It will not auto-reconnect. Since my signal can sometimes be weak, wifi will disconnect and unfortunately will not auto-reconnent. This means unless I am aware that it disconnects, I have no emails, etc. coming in until I notice it. Samsung says its a problem with my signal strenth and can do nothing. I never had this problem with any other phone.

The phone was hard to set up with Verizon. I still don't have my email set up correctly. The volume is good. The cell service where I live is bad and I don't get many bars and certainly not 5G.

Seems to be a great phone, i love the storage ability….still cant get my phone to let me voice speak or finger print recognition to work….

I loved this phone until about a year into having it it started saying no sim or insert sim. My sim card worked with another phone and with my new one now, this problem started immediately after an update. I had just paid this phone off and less than a month later had to buy a $1000 replacement because it wouldnt recognize my sim anymore.

I don't have experience with any other mobile phone. This is my first phone. Satisfied enough. Bought it unlocked and am using it with mint mobile. I mostly use it at home with a wifi connection. A lot of the app bloat, both from Samsung and Google, I don't use. Wish it wasn't there in the first place. The display is really nice.

Let me just say this Brendan is the most personable friendly knowelegable employee i have come across is a very long time.I manage a retail store. This gentleman i would love to have on my team.Brendon went above and beyond what he was required to do he set up all 3 phones i bought and showed me some things i did not know about the phones.I know his department is cameras he knows tech all the way around i guess.My experience with best buy in general is always very good.All employees are great but Brendan was exceptional.Sincerley.Stephen olsen

Everything seemed fine except when I brought it to US Cellular they told me it wouldn't work with their network.

Samsung A53. Great little phone except after 2 months the power button is broken! Not so sure I recommend.

I would recommend this phone you don't need to spend to much money for other phones this one has a lot features.
