    This phone is trash. Beyond disappointed in the performance of this phone. Slow, crashes, at times multiple calls aren't able to be merged and more. The only positive is the battery life. This model isn't the Samsung standard that I've been used to.

    Ease of use can be difficult if not used to having a phone with so many options. Too many sub categories within a selection while setting up phone. Many reminders of this n that to do when booting up after turning on which is difficult to understand if your not a techy like me. If u like lots of variety n choices then you should like this phone. Giving 3 stars due to the difficulty I have using it.
