    Ease of use can be difficult if not used to having a phone with so many options. Too many sub categories within a selection while setting up phone. Many reminders of this n that to do when booting up after turning on which is difficult to understand if your not a techy like me. If u like lots of variety n choices then you should like this phone. Giving 3 stars due to the difficulty I have using it.

    Probably the worst mid range phone I've ever had the displeasure of using. It was 3/5 stars on release, but each additional android update has made the experience slow and less responsive, even doing a full factory reset.

    I am not an enthusiastic smart phone user, but I pretty much need one for work. This new phone mostly works just like my old galaxy phone which is perfect, because I don't have to relearn stuff.

    Its an ok phone. The picture quality is amazing. It cannot do voice to text worth beans. It messes up 60% of my texting and i have to re write repeatedly. The updates screw up things non stop. I regret my purchase
