Purchased less than 2 months ago, and already having problems with touchscreen oversensitivity, making typing almost impossible! Very disappointed. Speaker/sound quality is very poor.

I got this for my wife for her birthday in May 2022, by October the speaker sounds all muffled and distorted. So much for the great stereo sound to play music or even listen to videos. She had a sturdy case too and hasn't dropped it. The picture quality is solid and that was the main reason to get it. Sad cause it doesn't look like it would be covered by any warranty even though it should be safe to assume the speakers should last more than 5 months.

I bought this phone for my phone. It was good, to a point. She started getting ad pop ups out of nowhere.

Understand that the A53 5G replaced a S6 that I had for ages so everything is fast and bright colors. I'm extremely happy with the phone - battery life is excellent, not much bigger than the S6 (1/2" taller & 3/16" wider). You won't be disappointed.

I love this new phone. I needed a better phone that included 6G and I got it. I am pleased with ;it and best of all it was so easy to set up. All my apps and contacts all there. So thankful I did not have to type them all back in.

This is dual SIM card unlocked. Very easy to have 2 number on the same phone

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G 128GB on Sunday June 12th 2020, in order to replace my old phone. The person who sold me the phone said that he could not transfer my data from my old phone because it was too hot and because he couldn't power the old phone up, but when I got home, it powered up fine. Also, the person who sold me the new phone said that the SIM card from old computer had been transferred from the old phone to the new phone, however when I powered up the new phone to transfer data, I touched the "Phone" ICON and it indicated that there was no SIM card installed. I live over 20 miles from the store and it is difficult for me to get back to that store because I am handicapped, so what do now? I wish to register a formal complain against the person who sold me the phone because he out-and-out lied to my wife and I.

Good phone if planning to give it to kids with all features and still good video and photo quality. Do not compare to other galaxy high end phones.

Security doesn't exist, and Samsung just doesn't seem to care. Four months ago Samsung got a heads-up that an attacker could get complete control of this phone by only knowing your phone number. The only way to protect yourself is to physically remove the SIM card. This means it's not a phone anymore, just a tiny tablet with horrible battery life. And Samsung doesn't seem to care. A Phone with bugs! Nobody wants bugs! I would not recommend this to anyone. The transition to a new phone was extremely easy. Everything transferred to the new phone. HOWEVER, this has to be the worst experience ever for a new phone. While on a call the phone just rebooted. CALL ENDED! At random, the phone REBOOTS WHILE DOING NOTHING! When you unlock the phone after not using the phone will say “STARTING THE PHONE” and it takes time to get to the home screen! REALLY! I purchased a phone so that when I unlock it, it is unlocked, not “STARTING THE PHONE” when it is just locked. Almost ready to go back to my S8+ and return.

This is the worst phone one could ever have. Please do not buy one. I have been having call drop issues, and frequency signal loss problems which are solved only after restarting the phone (I restart the phone around 30 times per day).

Very lightweight, easy to use, and affordable, even with a new data plan. Only issue is phone doesn't want to stay lit up as long as you set the timer for.

Bought to replace a broken phone. It's okay at best. No real issues, just slower than S series Samsung's.
