Battery gets very hot

The phone becomes extremely hot when charging, also I have periodic problems connecting to and remaining connected to the internet.

Buy something else if you want Dual SIM

I bought this phone because it was water resistant, dust resistant, pretty good mid level specs, unlocked and DUAL SIM. The model in the store showed that it was dual SIM, the Best Buy employee told me it was dual SIM, the Samsung Tech on site told me it was dual SIM. It has two SIM slots. After several weeks of tech support from BB, Samsung, Samsung's approved warranty repair service and finally Samsung Pro Service online again and was told, "We sell no dual sim phones in the US" Well, the US Samsung website says that it is dual SIM! In BB defense, their website lists it as Single SIM - all evidence to the contrary in the store. Totally annoyed. So annoyed that I may change to iPhone and I hate Apple.

Fair phone with some issues
