    Am 65 +, I just need a decent phone to : talk, text, e mail. Nothing fancy. This phone Rocks ! Got it on Sale @ a Great price ! Ordered phone via web site, picked up at the store a few days later. Transferred pics and data from old phone in a few minutes. You DO have to install the included Dim card, but easy yo do...even for an Old guy :) Compared to the S21 and fe22 (?) and saw no big difference, why pay more ? No lag as some mentioned, Bright screen, battery is great. Pics appear good but have not really compared to any high $ phones. For about $300.00, plus a $20.00 case, I am a Happy camper !! Get yourself 1. I have NO regrets, plus more $$ in MY pocket :)

    120 hrtz refresh rate, 64mb camera, updated chipset, and its $50 less than their previous model in the A series. Happily reccomend for someone who isnt all about their phone but still needs a phone that works well and for a long time.

    I would bring mine in the my boat since it can technically be near water with a 3ft depth ability if submerged, and it never was. It now tells me I have water in my port constantly and won't charge most of the time. It DOES NOT have the capability to use wireless charging. Other than these issues it is not a bad phone. Just avoid water.

    Ok people, heres an honest review. No BS, and I dont usually write reviews. Ok, if you are used to a flagship or upper-end device, DO NOT PURCHASE this phone. You will be extremely disappointed. If you are use to a prepaid device you buy off the shelves that cost, or one of the ones they give you for free for signing a contract, then you'll probably love it. Me? I cant do it. I've had this phone about 12 hours and I started the return process about 6 hours ago. For one, it took me about 4 times of pulling the SIM out and putting it back before it finally quit telling me that there wasnt a SIM insterted. The processor is very slow, and i havent even synced all my apps from Google that i had on my Pixel. While playing Homerun Clash, it will jusy randomly drop me from the game from loss of network connection. So if speed and performance are important to you, you better keep looking for a different option. If you dont care about that and just want something thats kinda pretty, then eat your heart out.

    Think twice - charger is NOT included in the box

    Even assuming this device is worth five stars, I'm knocking three stars off because the package does NOT include a charger and the supplied cables will not work with standard (non-Samsung) equipment, and your existing non-Samsung cables and power supplies won't work either - you will have to pay extra for a proprietary adapter. The phone is so new that my Best Buy store apparently didn't know this. Samsung says this is for environmental reasons, I suggest the only environment being considered is Samsung's bottom line. My experience is that such tonedeaf customer service doesn't bode well for other products - I've been a big Samsung fan for years but am now not so sure. Recommended only for those who already have Samsung adapters and those who are OK with not getting a complete package out of the box.

    Astonishingly slow. Its taken me 15 min for this phone just to load up the website and create a Best Buy log in just so i can leave this review. Even connected to Wi-Fi. I wouldve preferred to keep my pixel 4a if the charging port didnt stop working. If all you need to do is make phone calls or texts, this phone can do that job. But be prepared to be annoyed trying to do usually simple tasks like checking your email. The display and camera seem to work just fine, but doesnt do you much good if you cant upload pictures to any app without taking up half your day
