So when I saw this unlocked product reasonably priced, I thought it matched good design, no contract, decent pricing, and good performance. However, when I received the phone, it had No Warranty in United States! How would Bestbuy sell a product without warranty in the place of sale and use? Should the seller Not indicate that this product is not warranted in USA? I returned the phone to Bestbuy they charged me a princely $35 fee for repackaging though I Did Not use the phone for a second. They said the package seal had been broken!

I reached out to Samsung and was told this is a non-US phone and I would need to get insurance through a link she gave me for non-US phones. She recommended I return for a US Model. I love the phone and don't want to return it. I wish I would have been advised about this from Best Buy.

OMG am speechless the phone is big the way i want and the camera is very nice when you take a pic. I just Love it.

She picked it up, the ease of the transfer was quite CALMING! She is excited about the camera, though I bought her a semi pro Nikon (go figure), she has not had any complaints, and as WE all know...we WOULD be the FIRST to hear of them!

Misleading website

When the phone arrived I saw that that warranty was valid only in Latin America. North Carolina is not in Latin American. Then Best Buy charged me a $35 restocking fee for their misleading statements!!!!

Why not? Type in the name of the phone and YouTube and look at some of the reviews. Of particular interest are build quality and camera quality. Well what do I look for then instead? You will look for s8+, s9+ or s10+ depending on your budget.
