Amazing for the price. Would recommend if you're ok with the following: - the function hot key -- if you lock the function keys, then your up/down arrow keys are set to page up/down, and your right/left keys are set to home/end. So, you have to toggle back and forth between the locked/unlocked function settings in order to comfortably use the hot keys on the arrows and the hot keys in the first row of the keyboard. This drove me nuts. - you have half of the right shift key. I grew accustomed to it, so it didn't bother me, but I can imagine how it could drive someone insane. - fan noise - When the laptop is charging, the fans go on full blast and makes a lot of noise. - poor grip - laptop slides around.

All the capabilities you need in a laptop. Only thing missing is USB-C charging but it is not a deal breaker. The touchscreen is super responsive and looks incredible. Fingerprint reader is insanely fast. Love all the features. Highly recommend

Overall, considering the specs that are packed into this device. I am very satisfied with this computer so far. The two and one adaptability is very convenient, and steel packs a good amount of hardware under the hood. I highly recommend this product if you’re considering this device over the Galaxy Book Flex. But in terms of size and audio quality it does seem to be slightly lacking on.

Love it! I got it for my second semester of college and it’s just what I needed. Plenty of space to download & save files, apps, pictures, etc. Lots of processing speed so no lag during zoom meetings. The touch screen & tablet mode are super handy!

This laptop is perfect for my usage. Connects with mu Samsung phone and makes it even easier to use throughout the day. I love the touch screen and ability to use as a tablet. Screen is picture perfect. Perfect for me!

For the price, it is hard to beat this 2 in 1 laptop. Do your research and make sure the specs are enough for your use, but if you're doing light work, browsing, streaming, working in Office, then it is a fantastic purchase.

Bought this, since it was cheaper than the Flex and the Ion. Wasn't disappointed with the computer. Screen is amazing, keyboard backlight and keys show up pretty well. The Samsung Security functions are a pretty good addition to everything. Downsides, when I have it on my lap, the track pad won't respond, not a huge issue. The speakers on the bottom sound great but wishes they were on top. The fan, bottom of the laptop gets hot but the fan isn't too loud. Overall a great computer, I don't think you'll be disappointed with it!

Spent months without a personal computer of my own because I couldn't decide what I really needed at this point out-of-school. This has been a great and much more affordable option than a MacBook Air (the other computer I was most seriously considering). The QLED screen has a great picture and I've really enjoyed having the option to flip and use this as a tablet. That's been especially fun for virtual game nights during COVID. The only downside I would note thus far is that the body of the laptop does get a little hot over time (probably because of the metal frame).

Great laptop. Got it on sale for a family member to replace an aging Lenovo Yoga 720 (purchased in 2017) whose touch screen died. The chassis seems very high quality with nice aesthetics. Fingerprint reader is reliable. Doesn't support facial recognition for Windows Hello however, which may be a deal breaker for some. Saw some video reviews about the palm rest not being big enough, but I didn't have any problems with it. This is the cheaper of the flex series, so no built in pen. Also uses a proprietary AC adapter, so no universal charging with USB-C, but not a big deal in my mind. Just for fun, tried running Doom Eternal, but wouldn't not launch at all with the built in UHD graphics (LOL thought I'd try). Lighter 3D games like Lego series (i.e. Harry Potter, Lego Movie) ran pretty well.

Have had the Flex book a little over a month and so far am pleased with it. Wish they hadn't eliminated the camera chip slot. It is smaller than my previous laptop, but I've gotten used to the smaller screen. Very light weight!

I bought this laptop to be husbands birthday gift. I purchased it in July of 2020 but I did not gift if to my husband until his birthday in October of 2020. I had started researching and routine deal hunting back in May of 2020. I was diligently checking for new sales multiple times a week. Then back in July the laptop on the top of my list went on a huge sale. I was so excited because it had everything he wanted in a laptop and it had great reviews at the time. as you can tell sometime after I purchased this laptop the reviews tanked and I understand fully why it has only 2 stars now...... SO MANY THINGS WILL NOT WORK WITH LAPTOP AT ALL! It is extremely slow, keeps crashing and terrible after only 2 weeks of use. I foolishly purchased the laptop, didn’t think about the whole return window how early I was buying his present. I was just excited that I got him the perfect laptop at such an amazing dream price. I didn’t get a gift receipt with it because me and my husband have never kept price secrets when it came to returning gifts and we never get gift receipts for each other. Lastly, I didnt get the geek squad protection plan because my husband thinks those store warranties are a waste of money and a $200 warranty plan he would not be happy about. Long story short, because I bought his present so early, the laptop remained unopened and never use for over 3 months. By that time it was too late to return or exchange it for a laptop that was not defective. So frustrating and I feel so foolish for not thinking about return windows with how far in advance o was purchasing a present.

Great Laptop, I was a little hesitant on purchasing since I’m a loyal Apple customer .. but I have to say Samsung did a great job with this computer, not only with its construction but also the graphics (QLED) display. I love the fact that it turns into a tablet .. awesome design and very please so far with the computer great job Samsung keep up the great work !!!

Purchased this 2-n-1 laptop for a mobile sales professional who needs the capability to do customer facing presentations in a moments notice. Thus far it has not disappointed. Battery life has been good for the specs as well.

Best laptop I ever bought. The only thing, I wish you could charge with USB-C but with it on sale it was worth the price. I have not been let down. Great screen quality, fast, light, compact and sleek looking.

Seems to be a solid midrange laptop. I like the metal case and biometric scanner. Battery life is pretty good for programs that I am using. The charging cable and plug-in are not that great. Over all works well for my needs.

Computer is easy to use and screen is crisp. My daughter really likes it and she uses it for school. The only problem is camera sometimes doesnt work, not sure what could be. Overall, we like this laptop.

Bought it for the Qled display and is has not disappointed. Runs fast and efficient. Holds a charge for quite a bit of time. I will say that the bottom case could be sturdier but for the price point it’s good for what it is.

This is a mid-range computer and you will for sure many of them from several vendors. What really stands out is the QLED screen, which normally only comes in $1,000+ laptops, and since we are glued to the screens so much, that's the best investment you can make. Performace is great, not very noisy, doesn't comes with a lot of bloatware, so it's a very clean Windows experience. I do not own a Samsung phone but comes with several apps that will help those people. Do not buy it at full price. You will have to wait for discounts since it's a 10 Gen processor and the 11th Gen models should be arriving soon.
