Samsung - Galaxy Book6 Pro - Copilot+ PC - 16" 3K AMOLED Touch Screen Laptop - Intel Core Ultra 7 - 16GB Memory -1TB SSD - Gray

This is my review of the Samsung - Galaxy Book6 Pro Laptop - Copilot+ PC - 16" 3K AMOLED Touch Screen - Intel Core Ultra 7 - 16GB Memory -1TB SSD, upon which I rate a 4 out of 5 stars.  Out of the box, the laptop comes with a power adapter, USB-C to USB-C cable, and a quick start guide.  The chassis of the laptop is in a flat metallic gray having a brushed finish that deters fingerprints.  Opening the lid, you will find a nice sized touchpad, standard keyboard layout with speakers on the left and right side of the keyboard.  Externally, the laptop has 2 USB-C charging ports, 1 USB-A charging port, 3.5mm headphone jack, 1 HDMI port, and a front facing 2MP 1080p camera with built-in microphone.  To note, there are no microSD ports. This laptop is showcased by its 16" AMOLDED touch screen having a 2880 x 1800 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1000 nits brightness to push graphics through any bright room.  The Windows 11 system is supported by Windows AI Copilot and an Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 processor for power users demanding multitasking performance.  On a different note, this laptop is only supported by an entry level graphics card, so this laptop will not support heavy gaming or intense graphic requiring programs.   This laptop is also supported by 1000gb storage capacity and 16gb of system RAM enough for all your music, pictures, graphic editing, and home office needs.  The lithium-ion battery is large enough to power your laptop up to 30 hours without AC intervention. There are some shortfalls in my opinion of this laptop which I'll mention here.  At this price point, this laptop only has an entry level graphics card.  Consider this if you like extensive video (gaming) or graphic editing.  I found the speakers very basic and would need to connect them immediately to a set of reference speakers to keep me engaged.  I did find the backlit keyboard lacking sufficient luminance so would not be used in darker settings.  For these reasons I have deducted 1-star in my review.  I hope you enjoyed reading my review and it aided in your purchasing decision.

Wow, where do I even begin with this new Samsung Galaxy Book6 Pro? I've been eyeing a new laptop for a while, and after some serious thought and maybe a little convincing of the wife, I finally pulled the trigger on this 16-inch beast. From the moment I unboxed it, I was really impressed. The thing just looks slick, you know? It’s super thin, barely takes up any space on my desk, and that gray finish is just so elegant without being flashy. It feels really premium in your hands too, not flimsy at all despite how slim it is. Getting it set up was a breeze, and right away I could tell this machine was going to be fast. I mean, genuinely zippy. I'm talking about booting up in seconds, applications snapping open instantly, and multitasking without a hiccup. My old laptop felt like it was moving through molasses compared to this. It's got that new Intel Core Ultra 7 chip, and whatever magic Samsung and Intel put in there, it's definitely doing its job. Even when I'm running a bunch of tabs, streaming some sports, and trying to get some work done, it doesn't even break a sweat. It just handles everything I throw at it with ease, which is a huge relief when you’re constantly juggling family stuff and work. And the screen, oh man, the screen is something else entirely. This 16-inch 3K Dynamic AMOLED 2X display is just gorgeous. Everything looks so vibrant and crisp, whether I'm looking at family photos, watching a movie with the kids, or even just working on spreadsheets. The colors pop, and the blacks are truly black, which really makes a difference. Plus, it’s a touch screen, which I honestly didn't think I'd use that much, but it's come in handy more times than I expected. My kids love tapping around on it when they're playing a simple game or watching cartoons. The 120Hz refresh rate also makes everything super smooth, from scrolling through webpages to watching fast-paced videos. It's also supposed to have this "Vision Booster" thing, which really helps when I'm trying to work out on the patio on a sunny day. I can actually see what I’m doing without constantly squinting, which is a blessing. Now, let's talk about the sound. I've always had pretty low expectations for laptop speakers; they're usually just adequate for video calls and nothing more. But these speakers on the Galaxy Book6 Pro? Seriously impressive. They're surprisingly good, delivering a much fuller and richer sound than I ever anticipated from such a thin device. I can actually enjoy music or watch a movie without immediately reaching for my headphones or an external speaker. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference for daily use, especially when the family gathers around to watch something together. This thing has quickly become our go-to for casual media consumption in the living room. It's truly versatile for all kinds of family fun. But the real showstopper for me, and I can't stress this enough, is the battery life. It's absolutely amazing. I’m talking about going through an entire workday, doing presentations, answering emails, browsing, and still having plenty of juice left to watch a movie or two in the evening without plugging it in. Samsung says it can go up to 30 hours, and while I haven't timed it scientifically, it definitely feels like it lasts forever compared to any other laptop I've owned. This level of battery freedom is a total game-changer. I don't have to constantly hunt for an outlet or carry a bulky charger everywhere, which is great for travel or just moving around the house without hassle. The new centered haptic touchpad is also pretty neat; it feels really good to use. Plus, being a Copilot+ PC means it's ready for all the new AI features, which is cool for future stuff. Overall, this laptop just perfectly blends into my busy life, handling everything from serious work to keeping the family entertained. It's been a great investment, and I truly couldn't be happier with how well it performs and how versatile it is.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Book 6 Pro for about three days now, and it is absolutely amazing. I do a lot of writing and multitasking for work, and I wanted something that would support extended typing/usage sessions and was lightweight enough to carry around easily. What stands out right away is how easy it is to type on this thing. The keyboard just feels right. The keys have a nice, satisfying travel distance without being too springy or shallow, and there’s enough feedback that I never have to second-guess whether I actually pressed a key. I'm in the process of writing a book to publish, and so I have been doing a lot of typing lately. Even after a couple of hours straight, the keyboard still feels great. The layout is clean, the backlighting is adjustable, and it’s easily one of the best typing experiences I’ve had on a Windows machine in a long time. Beyond the keyboard, this laptop is snappy. I’m not doing heavy video editing or gaming, but I do run a ton of browser tabs, spreadsheets, documents, and the occasional video call all at once. The Intel processor and 16 GB of RAM inside this thing handle everything without bogging down. Everything opens instantly, switching between apps feels seamless, and there’s zero lag even when I’ve got a ton of tabs open and am running several programs. Battery life has been solid too, but the performance is what keeps me coming back; it just feels fast and reliable all day long. And then there’s the touchscreen, which, to be frank, might be the most gorgeous screen I have seen on a laptop period. The 3K AMOLED display is stunning! I don't use the touch function often, to be honest, the screen seems too nice to use as a touchscreen, but it does work fine. It gets nice and bright too, no issues using it in a bright room. The Book6 Pro is an amazing piece of tech. It is lightweight, has an amazing AMOLED screen, is pleasant to type on for long hours, is snappy, and has great battery life. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a capable, multi-tasking unit and not focused on graphics-intensive use like gaming or video editing.
