I thought this would be a little upgrade to my Chromebook. I don't use this laptop for too much, light streaming, music, web browsing, occasional office programs. My Chromebook wouldn't handle USB storage well and certainly wouldn't play video from one so that's all I hoped for. Wow I didn't expect this. Sleek and light weight. Amazing screen, great battery life and a decent feeling keyboard. Everything opens quickly and runs smoothly. Got it on sale, and I can't find anything close.

We are very satisfied with this computer. Computer is lightweight and very fast. We are confident we will be able to use it for que a few years. Also has a good battery life.

I bought my Samsung laptop 6 months ago and still working very good. I really fast and portable. The touch screen and tablet mode works very well.

Killer power in a compact package. Seems very durable and fast. Battery last forever (10-15 hours!) Big SSD, lots of memory, i7 power, what else could you ask for in 2021!

I always wait a few months after I get a computer before I write a review, making sure I still enjoy it as much as I did at the start. So this laptop has been everything I needed and more. In fact, it has alot of features I don't need or use, but ya know, it's cool!! I don't need to bore you with the specs of the laptop. If you're reading this, you already know what's under the hood. The battery life is fantastic. I can take it with me to work in the morning, leave the plug at home, and am confident that the battery will last the entirety of my work day. The SSD gives super quick boot times, and the 512GB storage is more than enough for what I need. The screen is bright and vivid, and 1080p resolution gives that extra quality boost to movie streaming. The sound isn't the greatest, but it's a little laptop, so what do you expect? It's enough to get the job done. My only real "complaint" is the backlit keyboard. It never stays on long enough when I'm typing, and I don't want to set it to "always on" because that will (obviously) drain the battery faster. Everything else is rock solid for me. Definitely a good buy that I'm more than pleased with.

I was trying to think of any issues I may have with this laptop and they only things I could come up with are minor. It doesn’t have an indicator light whenever you’re charging it. I don’t like where the vents are placed because I feel like I’m constantly accidentally covering it. That’s basically it. The laptop is very light, sleek, and well designed. It runs all of my apps well (Word, Chrome, Spotify, and Discord). I was even able to play some games on with with Gamepass. The screen is beautiful and the touch screen isn’t too sensitive. I would wait for a sale to get this cause it is very worth it.

This computer is amazingly fast . Start-up takes less than a minute. It replaces an Intel i3-370M processor, 4GB RAM, 512GB HDD that was purchased 12/2010. It was taking about 30 minutes to start up because of memory swapping. The new computer is able to use 5G WIFI running at 230 Mbps down. It has very sharp graphics and vivid colors. The screen can fold behind the keyboard so it can be use like a tablet. The keyboard is disabled in this configuration but one appears on screen and a stylus can be added. It has 1-USB-C, 2- USB, 1-HDMI and 1-mike/earphone jacks. I'm happy with this device and would recommend to a friend.

This laptop is lightweight, easy to set-up and easy to use. It provides a lightweight alternative with performance to it's competitors.

I absolutely loved this product, as it is very lightweight and the screen resolution is amazing.

This laptop is awesome. Super portable and the display is better than most people's tvs. So glad I returned my surface pro and got this instead. I kept the key board on my surface pro all the time. So I didn't see any point in sacrificing the performance of a built in key board compar d to the removable one. I haven't had any problems with this computer no lag or crashing. I edit tone of videos and stream Netflix at the same time. The screen casting capability is cool too. Haven't had a problem hooking it up to any tv or monitor. Wired or wireless no problem. Definitely say buy it if you have the chance.

When my husband's laptop took a nosedive, we, of course, headed to Best Buy to purchase a replacement. We love how lightweight it is. It's small but mighty!

I like the is product because of ots functionality and size. The speed is awesome and its easy to carry and the screen quality is great.

What to like: It is boosting fast, runs smooth, updates and downloads are much faster than previous generation processor and WIFI. Updated to Windows 11 without any problem so far. QLED screen is better viewing experience than other IPS. Simple rectangular form factor makes it feel solid and easy to handle. What just okay but wished they were included in this model: I wish that USB type C port supports thunderbolt 3 or 4 but it is not. It has full size HDMI port instead. There is no type C laptop charging port either. It is just a regular type M round charging port.

Best bang for your buck computer with given specs.Its fast, and helps you get work done as long as you are not gaming. You can even use it to render videos with adobe.

I bought this for my son to use for college. He likes the quickness when working online. It fits into a regular sized backpack well. Battery life is great.

I've had this for a little less than 4 months now, and I've experienced little to no problems. I am a Computer Science major in college so I use it every day. If I have any issues (which is likely not the computer's fault) it is a simple restart that only takes a minute to get back to where you were. I bought it on sale for $800 + $50 tax, but it works better than my friend's computer that he bought for $1000 a year or two ago. Would have preferred that it was in Windows 10 not 11, but I haven't had any issues with that yet.

This is a very powerful and fast little laptop. I use it as my DJ laptop with my DJ controller and have yet to have any issues. This thing is fast and has more than enough storage.
