Everything I've been promised with this computer has been achieved. I like having a QLED screen, colors are vivid and images are fluid. 16 GB RAM + 512GB SSD is more than enough for an Ultrabook like this and having an i7 is just the cherry on top. I'm not using it for gaming so I don't miss the dedicated graphic (which is why I choose an Ultrabook in first place) but I can tell that Intel iRISxe is more than good enough to watch any kind of video, stream or 3D model withouth problems.

Good portable laptop we used it for some simple tasks and it's a decent laptop with a good battery life

Love the laptop, connect with the Microsoft pen. It does disconnect sometimes and it’s kind of spotty. Not horrible however as I’ve gotten used to it but for the price. It should be fixed. It also has audio/camera issues where the updates seem to confuse the system and they’ll have to be manually updated so that the permissions for camera/audio usage aren’t messed with. Quality is great however, just wish I would have looked out for these issues before my warranty ran out.

Excellent for school lightweight easy to use awesome picture for watching movies. I have a 16 in. Gaming computer I-was using but it was so heavy to carry. The only negative Would be that it only has 60 refresh rate so it’s not good to play video games on but I bought it strictly for school and it is supreme for that Way more storage than you will ever use no matter how many years you go to school yeah I would recommend this to anyone

This slick laptop is easy to carry everywhere! The convertible feature from laptop to tab is a plus point.

I honestly just really love this laptop it's the perfect size for me for college, it's a touchscreen, I get everything done with this laptop and it does well for some light gaming (i play genshin impact on here no problem) to be fair it's not a gaming laptop but if you're just looking for something that 1. can use for daily life and 2. some light gaming or streaming, then I definitely recommend.

Amazing Laptop!!! Especially for the price! Under the hood it has all the components that a $2,000 Laptop Has. It does have a smaller Screen the High Priced Laptop but that was perfect for me as I was looking for a smaller laptop that was easy to travel with and take to meetings etc. Very fast and responsive with an Intel core i7 11th Generation. I would definetely recommend that people begin giving Samsung a shot when it comes to Laptops as they are new to this market

Fast processor, easy to setup, maintains a long-lasting charge, and the screen quality is great.

This is a really good laptop. Very fast, especially when just casually browsing the internet or doing school work. It also plays older video games really well, but I haven’t tested out any newer games yet, but I’m sure they’d run fine. The display is what really blows me away. The screen is very bright and detailed, and to me, it rivals any macbook screen I’ve seen. Overall, it is a very good and powerful laptop and can do just about anything that you want to do with it.

For what I paid, it's a good laptop. It has a 1080p, regular LED screen which is what I wanted to help keep costs down. The brightness is good. The i7 cpu is what I was looking for, and I was glad to find one at this price point. The battery is enough to keep the CPU running at a respectable speed on battery. The keyboard feels a bit mushy though which is why I knocked off a star. I would have liked a mechanical scissor switch under the keys. If that is in fact what it is, it doesn't feel like it.

This laptop is smooth and fast! I have a lot of process type work i do on it and i haven't had any hiccups

I love this laptop! The battery life is great and it's super fast and has a nice display.

I'm conflicted because it is a great laptop but it does have its issues. The battery runs out kind of fast and the bottom heats up too much for my liking. It also had a hard time updating everything when it first turned on, like all the apps and software. It took like 30 min, it was bloatware but still. The positives, the screen is freaking nice as hell and is pretty fast once everything is updated. I don't know, I might take it back and just get the s7 plus.
