Over all this laptop is good. The concerns I have are: 1. The bad 1/8" plug port is a joke. After plugging it in a couple of times it would not allow me to make a connection without a great deal of effort. I have had to leave the charge cord connected for the last year and a half. 2. The lame mini sd card slot is not easy to remove the card from. You'll be ok if you have longer finger nails.

I love this computer and I recommend it to everyone!

Amazing spec for daily work and enough config for codind.

The laptop uses low-energy CPU, but the 11-th Gen Intel CPU is actually pretty powerful, with new 10nm and fresh design of integrated graphics, I can actually play some light games, and absolutely able to run any work applications. Also very good RAM and SSD specs. Pretty slim for the performance, and good price when on discount

Bought this for the wife since her laptop took 10k years to boot up. It is really fast , great screen , decent sound and just a blast to use. I can even use it to play games that are not gpu demanding like wow and ff14. If you do light gaming and need a portable powerful machine this is it.

The prior laptop, a Lenovo, was giving bad vibes from the keyboard, so we carefully researched this unit and it seemed right. As it happens it seems to shut down from time to time unpredictably. Otherwise, the battery has a lot of "juice" and the display is quite clear.

Exceptional value for an i7 Chip, 16GB Memory, and 512GB SSD and a High Resolution Screen. The charging time is fast and has plenty of battery life. The 13.3" screen appears the same viewing area as a Lenovo 14". This is also easy to transport. There may be additional functionality if using an android mobile devise vs OS.

Overall a good laptop. Great specs, great speed, great screen, BUT too small and the speakers were pretty meh. I liked the keyboard and the mouse felt great, it was just too small of a form factor for me to keep it. Returned, but maybe the size is what you're looking for.

Overall I really like the computer. It is light, has good resolution, and is fast. My only complaint is with windows. It has its drawbacks and I prefer a Mac, however I need a Windows based computer for work. It is doing the job that I bought it to do since I have to carry it around when I see patients.

The Galaxy Flex2 Alpha is a light, convenient laptop that I use primarily for business purposes. The touch screen feature is nice and the colors really show with the QLED Screen. This laptop also folds back so you can use it as a tablet which is nice if you want to play certain games

I wanted something lightweight and small but with enough memory to hold all my music and documents. This computer is perfect for me; I love it! I didn't intend to buy a Samsung when I was looking for a computer, but I'm glad I bought this one.

I bought this for general home and some work use. The screen is gorgous, the speed is very nice and it stays relatively cool to the touch. I like the phone sync but like everyone else i wish they could have figured out usbc trickle charging. I would appreciate case and protective accessories if they were available.

Was purchased for my middle schooler, no complaints yet! It’s fast, screen is bright and clear, touch screen is great too. Mainly used for school work, research, streaming. Camera is eh. I used it for a meeting and it wasn’t great but it worked. Sound is so so, she uses AirPods so doesn’t really bother her.

While it was packed with decent performance or what not especially with the beautiful touch display the product had to offer, but unfortunately sometimes you don’t get it all. As I said above the product was reasonably fast with in i7 and 16 gigs of ram, but for the small compact size, I feel as if the i7 wasn’t getting it’s true performance. While doing simple tasks with tabs open on the internet, to listening to music on Spotify, just after about an hour the computer would freeze making a loud buzzing noise. The only way I found to fix this was to manually shut it down. Along with that, the internal speakers could be improved along with the face cam. Battery could be better. For $1,050, I just expected a little better experience.

Was able to buy this computer on clearance so it was a pretty good value. Great looking screen and fairly fast. Two complaints are it’s easy shut down the session if you are not very careful when you flip the screen to tablet mode, and the battery draws down faster than I would prefer.

This is a good laptop. when it was able to perform it did well, the display was amazing and the keyboard was satisfying to the touch. But for the last few months I have had the worst time with it. The laptop kept restarting with stopcodes and the infamous bluescreen of death. It was a nightmare. I took it to geeksquad and they said the laptop had a failing harddrive and ram. Unfortunately bestbuy isn't allowed to make repair and fully open up samsung products and they sent me to another repair shop. This new repair shop said that this specific model has had common issue of the entire motherboard failing and needing a full replacement. It would all cost about $600 which is pretty darn close to the price for this laptop then I ended up scrapping the whole thing for recycling.

The Samsung - Galaxy Book Felx2 Alpha 13.3" is everything I needed in a laptop. It is fast, efficient, has a large data storage, and I'm able to access all the programs I need. Plus the size of the Flex2 Alpha is perfect; not too big, nor is it too small. Great product for a great price.

This laptop is super fast with the combination of an i7, SSD, and 16 GB of RAM. It is ready for the roll out of Windows 11. Was fortunate enough to find it on sale which made the purchase a no brainer. It is worth full retail all day. If you’re looking for an everyday computer that’ll do it all.
