Quiet, light-weight, high performance. I replaced my macbook air whose memory went corrupt and died. This Samsung laptop has matched all my expectations so far.

Overall this is a great laptop with great graphics and a powerful processor that will cover all your professional needs and also the fun moments of your kids’ games. First impressions after opening the box: great design and amazingly light laptop (less than three pounds). My color (magic) black is giving a touch of distinction. Comfortable keyboard with big size keys that facilitate typing. With a 13.3 inches screen that gives the impression that is bigger thanks to a design without a frame surrounding it. Finally, a couple (two) sturdy joins connecting the screen and keyboard that facilitate the transition between the laptop and the tablet mode. General: quite light and comfortable to move around. By turning it on, you can see the screen colors in my 13.3-inch QLED screen with a full HD resolution are outstanding. Not only I can see action movies but my son enjoys his action videogames. The touch capabilities are also quite responsive. One aspect that positively surprised me is the brightness of the screen that I appreciate the most working outdoors, in the terrace. The sound is good, but probably the less impressive part of this laptop. The speakers are not specially powerful and placed under the keyboard, when the laptop is in tablet mode is better to use headphones. The Samsung Book flex 2 comes with a 720HD camera placed over the screen, front-facing the user when typing or using it as a tablet. Connectivity, with 2 USB-A and one USB-C plus the card reader, an HDMI for video, and the sound jack you have the number of ports that good laptops average in the market. However, when you connect it with your monitors plus peripherals you could need an additional USB-C was there. Like most laptops, the heat after some time working increases. Not too serious but worth avoiding working on hard surfaces for a long time. I said that the processor and its capacity to multitasking have been one of the biggest assets. In the current world of video conferencing plus several apps at the same time (including accounting software), the delivery has been outstanding. Always working with the phone connected by Bluetooth and the wireless connection. One nice surprise is the integration of the fingerprint reader among the keys in the keyboard. Is not only a nice design decision but seems that helps the laptop to recognize my fingerprints in 100% of the cases (the envy of my Samsung phone). The final comments about battery life. I’ve been testing the product for few days (I am not sure after 6 months of daily usage) but in this area, the outcome that I had is close to the more than 15 hours that the manufacturer is offering (18.5 in specs). In a market of many options, a serious brand is delivering a great model.

This unit has a great display, and the 16G RAM and 512GB SSD make it super-fast to load and turn on or off. I used to wait minutes with my old i5-4th gen, no comparison. The HDMI works great and I set up a third monitor using a USB to HDMI converter, taking up one of the USB ports. Only negative points was learning that the video (or Windows) would freeze up if I turned on my third monitor (after) I booted up. Had to reboot to get it t work but now I just have the two monitors on before I boot. Only other negative is that it only has two USB ports but that's an easy work around by using a HUB.

I bought this for my son to do his school work on and it does the job. Sometimes he uses it for gaming but its not as good as his desktop.

Very light and makes a good performance laptop. The display is amazing with bright and vivid colors and for everyday tasks this is a perfect laptop.

Extremely light weight and very fast. I love the fingerprint log in feature. Huge upgrade for me after owning a Surface Pro for 5+ years.
