The laptop works well and it's a plus that it's upgradeable to Windows 11. I don't use it much as a tablet and I didn't get the pen, but the touch screen is convenient.

I love this laptop! I use to own a Surface Pro and this laptop is much better. It’s lighter, more convenient to usb and still can use without keyboard. Just flip it!

This laptop was a good price and a solid piece of hardware. However, there were two glaring problems. 1) USB-C seems to be entirely unstable. It would hang and produce a blue screen with any substantial use of USB-C. I tried 4-5 different USB-C devices. They all produced the crash. If it's just something simple like a USB-C ethernet adapter, it would definitely crash less. ...but it would still crash 2) This machine is EFI locked to Samsung only approved versions of Windows. If you uninstall the Samsung stuff and do the wrong update, it will all go back on. You do not have the option to install plain Windows. If you are deep into Samsung stuff and don't USB-C at all, this is a really good option. If you are lukewarm on Samsung or have ANY need for USB-C devices, definitely avoid!

Daughter needed a new laptop for school. Was on a student discount so the price was reasonable. Sleek laptop with a fantastic QLED screen. The screen is so good, it's now hard to watch something on a regular screen. The only negative is that the fingerprint reader is positioned right next to the right shift key which shrinks the size in half. When you first start using this laptop, you often miss the right shift button. I think they should have placed that fingerprint reader elsewhere.

I got this for school and it does what I need it to do. I have a dual monitor set up so it helps not staring at small screen. Long battery life.

This laptop has a fantastic display, runs perfectly, literally no problems. However, the battery is not as advertised - not even close. I always work in power saver mode, turned down the laptop function to preserve the battery, everything. On a good day, meaning just using chrome and Word, it averages 5-8 hours. If I am in a zoom call, which by the way, constantly crashed on this laptop, it averages maybe 4? I have two zoom calls in one day where I am away from my laptop and by the second one, it is close to dying. The battery definitely won't last the advertised 15-17 hours, especially if you're doing anything other than using chrome or word.

Easy to set up and very fast. The price was great and the Geek Squad was great in showing me how to download apps and I couldn't be happier.
