It is a good computer. I am still testing it out and cannot further elaborate on my review right now, but it seems good so far and we will see if it gets better as I learn more of its quality and what it offers. I just have to navigate it a bit more.

I went to Best Buy to buy another brand laptop until I saw the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex2. The screen is what sold me, it's bright and beautiful! I also like that it has usb-c, usb, and hdmi ports, it even has a micro sd slot.

Nice touch screen. Good graphic definition. It unexpectedly restart. The restart doesn't take long, anyway its annoying. The laptop is good enough for me because I don't need it on daily use or for hard tasks.

Excellent laptop. My daughter needed a laptop for school and we ended up picking g this up when it was on sale. She is so happy with the purchase. Excellent for school. Screen is amazing

I bought this laptop for my mother and she loves it. I used to always go to her house to fix her laptop issues - but I have other technology issues to fix on my list...however, this laptop is not one of them.

The worst experience possible with this laptop. When I first got the laptop it was crashing with the BSOF every 5 minutes making it impossible to use. I updated to windows 11 and the problem persisted even though I tried with all the possible solutions, from re installing the OS, all the possible fix commands from the CMD, re installing all the drivers, updating all the drivers, going back to windows 10 and the problem persisted. The worst part is that BestBuy nor Samsung have been of any help at all solving this issue, even when explained what types of solutions I have tried their best answer is "reset the pc". Wish they had a solutions by know when it seems like this is a common issue among samsung laptops.

I needed a dependable laptop for work. There were so many to choose from. As I shopped around, this one caught my eyes. So many awesome perks that I am still learning it’s features!! Very reliable product!! Thanks BestBuy, but I think , I got the Best Buy.

It is fast and does the job that I need it to do. The only issue I have had with it, is with the power button being on the side. I accidentally hit it while I was holding it to plug in the power code. Also it is hard to register it on the Samsung website.

Had some hardware driver issues but after a few attempts at updating it, its running perfectly. Its a great everyday computer/laptop. Highly recommend it to anyone of any age and especially those who have Samsung Phones (for the sync ability).

My wife needed a faster laptop to go with her new CRICUT,so I let her choose what laptop she can get from Bestbuy. After looking all the options she decided to get this Samsung. So far, I think she is satisfied and enjoying it.

Have owned this for a couple of weeks. Used it 3 or 4 times. Used it as a tablet (keyboard folded back) once. This thing got hot! Within 40 minutes it was hot enough that I shut it down.

USB C port does NOT support video or charging. No idea what the point is . Best buy website specifically said it did. I picked up in the store and was told it did. Bought s monitor to use with it and can't. A Battery life AWFUL! Can't ñast anywhere near a full day. Keyboard and track pad are garbage. This laptop has 2 usb and the USB c that doesn't do what is needed for s USB c. Screen is tiny and very low quality. I had to buy a Chromebook for work because I couldn't work on this tiny screen and no way to hook up external display or USB c dock. Extremely let down by this product.

Pretty good specs but battery life is trash . Getting 3-4 hours only while M1 MacBook I own gets 8-10 consistently. Speakers are terrible.

The battery heats up too much but the laptop is able to successfully handle engineering products. Also, i like the fact that it can be used as a tablet too. The price is excellent for the capacity but the battery is a really big con.

Specs were great! Took a chance on open box in excellent condition but I kept getting an error when trying to download programs. Rest and reinstalled windows and the whole update thing too many times and returned it same day. I got another open box pushing my luck but this time the touchpad would not work, issue with driver I just spent hours trying to get it working but couldn’t and returned again. Otherwise, computer was the the perfect size, thin, felt great when typing and screen was really nice.

Great laptop. Light and speedy with excellent display. Good selection of ports. Not happy with windows 11 and all its idiosyncrasies but that has nothing to do with the laptop. Not a lot of Samsung bloatware.

So far this works well. My only complaint so far is that it doesn't have any way to activate a 10-key number pad either virtually or in the keyboard. I didn't realize that ALT + code for special characters required a numpad.

Great customer service directed me towards this great That’s after they honor the warranty on my last computer that was damaged making this very easy for me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend the store and these guys

The sales associate was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, gave us the pros and cons of the different models of laptops that would fit our needs and wasn’t trying to sell us something that we didn’t want.
