I purchased it a month ago and have started learning how to use it. There are a lot more for me to learn and enjoy as well with good and the latest features added to, for instance, I like it.

This laptop was acquired to replace a 5+ year old laptop that I've had.  I was a little concerned about the size of this computer and it being able to stand up to its predecessor who had performed admirably over its lifetime. There are only two notable deficiencies on this device.  The first is the inability to charge via the USB-C port. Having to use a proprietary charger is an annoyance that I hoped to be rid of, since most devices nowadays give you the option to charge through USB-C. The second is more of a personal preference.  I like having the numeric keypad on the keyboard rather than using the numbers above the QWERTY keyboard.  Obviously this model was created for its lightweight and compact design, so the addition of this feature would have countered that intent.  But it is worthwhile to note in case it is a feature someone is interested in. After that, I have nothing negative to say!  The backlit keyboard is very responsive with keystrokes feeling clean and crisp! The touchpad is responsive and reflective of the input.  The touchscreen is the same. It also supports the ability to use multi-touch for zooming in and the like. The keyboard also contains a fingerprint scanner.  A nifty little security feature which is placed perfectly on the keyboard for quick and secure identification of the user. Screen quality is excellent. The small bezel and brilliant colors give the feel of a larger screen without the bulk. The seamless ability of the device to go from computer to tablet is admirable.  The hinges are solid and sturdy without losing fluidity and smoothness.   I've utilized this device to stream movies and cast via WiFi along with sending it through the HDMI port.  Both worked exquisitely with no lag or issues. At this price point and with the limitations that are inherent with producing a compact lightweight PC, this computer is top notch and will exceed a user's expectations. I would recommend this computer to friends and family.

works great...i mainly use to stream sports and movies from apps to my projector and it works great for that purpose...i have not had it very long to have much more for review

Bought this for mu college student with recommendation from Samsung rep in store. Glad we did. Much better value than a Surface.

I bought an openbox laptop. I received my laptop fairly quick in the condition that was presented. Overall good quality, easy experience and no issues.

Works as intended. The tablet mode is kind of useless as folding the keyboard backward and holding it like a tablet doesnt feel right. I the keyboard in tablet mode gets in the way and is awkward.

This laptop has all the power I need to be on the internet with 10+tabs open at any given time. The price was amazing and I would purchase this laptop again.

Amazing laptop. The specs you get for the price is amazing. If you catch it on sale its practically a steal. Highly recommend it especially if you have a Samsung phone.

Does more than what I wanted. Great machine for an old IT/Shop teacher. The change from laptop to tablet is great. Did the sync with my phone in a very short time. Very good buy for me.

From what I've gotten out of it, it's done what I needed to! Gaming isn't perfect, but it isn't a gaming laptop. I make YouTube videos, and video-editing wise it has served me well.

This laptop has been great whether I'm on the go and need to use the touchscreen with the 2n1 capability or just working fron the office.

This laptop is state of the art and has kept up with the newest technology. It is small but it meets all my personal and business needs.

The edge of the palm rest should be rounded for more comfortable hands resting on it. The Fn Lock button should have a light as the Caps Lock button to indicate the On/Off position.

There is a lot to like about the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha. It's not too big or bulky to carry around in a backpack and has nice specs for the price.

This laptop is great. It's a workhorse in a small form. What it lacks in graphics specs it makes up everywhere else. If you don't need a gaming laptop this is a real contender.

Exceeded my expectations. Last windows laptop I bought was awful. I can honestly say I wouldn't consider another brand besides Samsung.

A lot has changed in the system. I have been using Windows 7 and find I have a longer learning curve than I did years ago. I think I’ll be fine when I get used to it.

This laptop is amazing! I have a Samsung Note and the two work seamlessly together. I could not be any happier with my purchase.

I originally bought this because the other one i was gonna buy went to full price. Didnt expect much but blew my expectations.

I love this laptop. I replaced an old Dell and this one is a great small size and super fast. I have not had any issues and I am very happy so far.
