This laptop was perfect for the first year in my career as a digital artist and app designer. Then, all of the sudden, it just blew and would no longer turn on. Come to find out Total Tech has to be renewed every year even though when you purchase it they lead you to believe it lasts for 2 years. Now Best Buy can't do anything to fix the computer and I'm out $1000 and have no way to work.

I bought this laptop for my neighbor who is going to college this Fall. She is using it now in her senior year of high school and loves the laptop!

great laptop. disappointed it went on sale, and best buy was difficult to complete price match for. somehow instead of $300 plus tax back, I got $53 :(

Love it, I upgraded from the last version and it is a solid computer. I had my old version for 5 years with no problems at all. It really is an excellent computer.

This is terrible. Don’t buy it Extremely slow. Talking slower than dial up internet just trying to unlock the device. It cannot handle opening up the internet and your folders at the same time. It freezes, no files brand new and it freezes like crazy

Laptop works as expected. The design is sleek, but can be tough to open. Although it was probably an issue with Windows OS, I had to factory reset the laptop after a failed update.

New Computer is perfect size Assistance at Best Buy was much appreciated - the staff there from the sales associates to the Geek Squad set up is great

Great features for its price. 2-in-1 works fine if you don't push the screen too hard while bending it. The battery isn't the longest but it has a lot of ports that come in handy.

So far so good. Everything I needed and wanted. Love that I don’t have to worry about loosing a keyboard since the whole thing just flips backwards.

The computer functions well and the speed is good but the battery life is marginal. The display is crisp and clear. It's expensive for what you get.

Using the pointer with touchpad was a little problematic for me at first, opening everything it hovered over [even with hover feature turned off], but was fine with a mouse.

had to bring first computer back because it would not charge. The second one charges fine and has an extremely clear display screen.

Got this for my wife, she really likes the ability to connect to her Samsung phone and it was a great price.

I have only been using this computer for a week. So far so good. II purchased it to replace a similar model HP. I have owned a Samsung laptop before. And liked it.

Awesome machine, particularly for the price. Extremely quick and easy to set up. Did not use the bloatware security program offered.

It fits really well into the Samsung ecosystem! I’m able to use my tv as another display and seamlessly cast my phone to the Galaxy Book.

Got the computer for the granddaughter and she loves it. Lovers the display which is surprising awesome, and the cost was reasonable.

Nice laptop and looks good. Wish they didn't use a barrel plug, though. Hinge is pretty wobbly as well but on sale its worth the trade off
