Stay Away!
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Durability slim to none. Since day one gets extremely hot 20 mins into using it! Will never buy a Samsung product ever again! I wasn’t thinking when buying this product! My own fault! If you are a Apple user like myself stay with Apple! This stupid software computer needs updates just so the volume can play! No Antivirus protection in this computer some ads pop up for mcafee every time you open the computer asking if you want to use there services! Crazy that there aloud to just pop up out of know where!

Nothing Fancy
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop for my young brother-in-law just so he had a computer to use. Nothing to sing home about. You might buy this laptop if you just need a home computer and don't have a lot of money to spend.

Good performance laptop with bad built in quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Laptop is good when it comes to performance. But the built in quality is really poor. It continuously makes squeaky noises like when hold it, when you typing, etc.

Dont buy refurbished or open box (aka refurbished)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this open box. It looked great but i took it home that night and it didnt charge. I took it to the store the next day to get a new charger. They had issues because it was open box and they had issues because they couldnt get it to charge. I then asked if we could reset the computer because i had to return it but they had to do a hard reset. Honestly it could have never been erased. Now ive spent close to an hr waiting for them to troubleshoot and i had to end up returing the computer and buying a new one. I wasted so much time on them for something that should have been ready when i picked it up the day prior. To make matters worse when i opened the new computer the charger was completely diffrent. So the real issue was they didnt give me the correct charger and they kept putting incorrect chargers in it. They wasted my time and money. Best Buy ruined my experience, wasted my gas, wasted my time and cost me so much money. I would never buy refurbished or open box from them again. They clearly dont understand their products because i bought one in "excellent condition". Clearly not true.

Needs better anti reflective
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent for its price, is relatively quiet and zippy for regular tasks. Unfortunately the screen is way too reflecting for it to be useful. Returned.

File Explorer goes nuts
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this computer nine months (Jan ‘22). Love it except when I need to work in File Explorer. While naming a folder, the screen starts doing weird things. Its frustrating when I loose 5 minutes several times within a 15 minute period for it to stop. Brought into Geek Squad two different times and got to different answers. I wanted to exchange for a different laptop while I was within my 30 days. But person didnt think it was a major deal. This is the first time I have not been happy with BB.

No call back.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought me a new computer. We opted for the "free" visit from a genius squad and set a date. The same day, we had a doctor appointment that ran very long. When I got home, I found an e-mail that said the genius was coming -- this while I was still stuck in the waiting room. I messaged the store when I got home and asked if I could have a new appointment, but never got a call back. I have decided to fight with this new unit for a while to see what's giving me the most trouble. Was disappointed that no one replied.

Screen broke while sitting in one spot
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it 4 days, used it twice, only had in it one spot the entire time. Breaks in the LCD appeared across the bottom and side of the screen. Absolutely angry.

Flexible laptop and multi-use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer new and have had it for 3 years now. Works great! I'm a graduate student and have used it for doing online research and papers. I have also used it for gaming, such as Minecraft and Sims, and it works well with basic mods. Very light and converts to tablet very easy. Its sleek and I love taking it around with me. Graphics are bright and good quality and processes well.

Finicky touch pad
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice machine, but the touch pad is finicky. Sometimes you need to move the cursor with your finger on the touch screen to restart the touch pad's control of the cursor.

Let Me Set the Record Straight
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: High-quality metal body Very lightweight Gorgeous QLED screen Very good specs Nice glass trackpad Good keyboard Cons: No usb-c charging An annoying blue light stays on while in use Average battery life (around 54wh battery) Please don't listen to dumb review on here that say it feels like plastic. This has a metal body, it has a really nice glass track pad and the device feels super premium. I shared my first impressions and I'll be reviewing it on my YouTube channel Android Digest, and I've got to say so far I'm really impressed. The only minor issue that I've had with the device, is the fact that I think the screen may only be a 300 inch screen. I can't confirm this though because Samsung themselves lists this as a 400-nit screen. But the DisplayHDR app lists a max brightness of like 275. The app can be wrong and by a decent margin. Either way, you can still bump up the brightness significantly with outdoor mode (which the $1,200 Galaxy Book Pro x360 doesn't have) and they bumps it up 200 nits. So the brightness shouldn't be a con at all because this is still pretty bright considering the outdoor mode. You got a premium build and great specs. The screen is awesome in quality. And Iris XE Graphics. Outside of no usb-c charging I see no reason why someone would pay $350 extra dollars to get the Galaxy Book Pro x360 (comparing the base models) It comes with AMOLED and a stylus, but outside of that it doesn't have any really significant features that are worth a $350 upgrade. I'd pay maybe $50 or $100 for a better screen, and even then this QLED panel is so good it might not even be worth it. But $350!?!? The base model of the Pro x360 doesn't even have more then 8GB of RAM. And the base $1,200 only has a 256GB SSD. So honestly you have to compare that $1,200 model to the base $850 model of the Flex2 Alpha. And it's just not worth an extra $350. Your better off getting this model with upgraded specs and spending an extra $20 to get another laptop charger Great device. And so far I'd say it's worth it. Touchpad problems
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just purchased in March…touchpad no longer working. Too soon to have this problem. I have completed all troubleshooting steps (hit key enable, updates both Samsung/Windows, restarted/shutdown, you name I did it. Guess I will be contacting the Geek Squad. Samsung may need to look into this issue. Researched and came upon good bit of complaints with this issue. Suggestion anyone?
