Initially i was happy with the purchase. Performance and build quality looked good. But started seeing issues in starting the laptop. I ignored thinking its some transient issue. But now my laptop won't even start. It is on some unending loop with a blank screen.

difficult to use...I would prefer to stick to Apple products where help is readily acailable..

I like this tablet, but every time windows updates, the mouse touchpad quits working. I have been able to fix it, but it keeps happening. Sometimes it fixes on its own. Luckily the touchscreen still works so it is still useable. I purchased this as open box item and I’m guessing that’s why it was returned.

Had this computer for just under 3 weeks and the battery expanded and rendered the track pad useless while also burning your finger when you touched the small bump on the trackpad created by the expanded battery. 18 days after purchase, in the middle of a 27 page paper, I couldn’t use my brand new, $1,000 laptop. I thought Samsung had overcome their battery issues as a company but I was mistaken

This Samsung product was not very accessible for those who are blind or visually impaired and need to use a screen reader. The microphone and camera security was turned on and when turned off, would pop up again and the screen reader was not able to access the settings to turn off without assistance from a tech support person or sighted assistant. Not recommended for screen reader users.

It’s small which is nice but started running slow and glitching pretty quickly

I had this laptop for few weeks and had multiple issues with it including blue screen, battery issues and WiFi driver issue. You can purchase better and faster laptop for this price point.

I never though I’d actually give this a 1 star. The computer is good, it’s the best you can get. But 14 days of using it, the charging port started smoking. The battery was fine but as soon as I charged, it started smoking and I could smell the fume. If I didn’t stay up late that night to watch K-drama, the computer could have burned overnight and I could have inhaled the fume released from the computer while charging. Good thing I left it uncharged over night. I had to return it within 14 days. I’m very disappointed to say that the battery or charging port needs upgrade, and please do not sell damaged items like this.

Purchased this for my grandson, unfortunately, it keeps crashing on him. We are going to return it to Best Buy this weekend. He needs a reliable laptop for college.

I have had since 5/1. Used for 4 months and today it died. Not happy - holiday weekend and I need to work. Now off to Best Buy to see how good the protection plan is.

We ended up having to return it. The backlight function kept going off. It turns out this was an issue with this model, at least according to many redditors. If this wasn't so important to us we might have kept it.

My new Samsung is a very “serious” looking mat black with the Samsung logo in black also. The case looks and feels like something a spy might carry. For some reason, when I fold it, the back doesn’t sit flush against itself. I don’t know if this is due to the totally square design or the hinges, but it does bother me a little. Set up was simple. I did fully charge it before getting started. I had over 2000 photos stored on my old laptop, over 28 gigabytes. They transferred over quickly and easily in under 7 minutes. I like that this laptop has usb as well as c ports to connect my older back up and my hub adapter. Once I got my pictures moved, I was able to fully appreciate the gorgeous color and detail that my new laptop offers. My 4K videos and all my pictures looked beautiful. I’m impressed with the speed, the gorgeous screen and depth of color. It is a beautiful way to display my photos from my travels. It’s a bonus that the laptop looks impressive when set up to show off to my friends. I love my new Samsung laptop.

Overall, this computer is a huge disappointment. The sound quality is truly awful. It comes with pre-installed McAfee software with annoying pop-ups that I can't seem to disable. And after only three months of owning, it started giving me the following error when powering on: “All boot options are tried. Press <F4> key to recover with factory image using Recovery or any keys for next boot loop iteration.” It's a finicky machine - I would not re-purchase this computer.
