Disappointed

The speakers were worse than my Dell laptop from 10 years ago. The fan also is weak.

Crashing and Poor Pen Performance

Best bang for the buck

I was a little worried that the 13" screen would be too small, but after using it for two days now, this is a fantastic device. Beautiful screen (usable in outdoor sunlight!), tiny bezels, comfortable keyboard, and awesome i7 performance. I only wish it had a 1TB SSD, but I will upgrade later. Webcam is not great, but I don't need it to be. I discovered that my old Surface pen works great once paired over Bluetooth. Graphics performance is surprisingly decent for a laptop this thin and light. I can't recommend this little laptop enough!

Good laptop for the price

If anything I will be little concerned is the proprietary charging port. Not sure why a thunderbolt USB C charging was not built into this by Samsung

Great but could be a little better

My first 13" notebook and only two complaints; would prefer a USB-c power in port or something beside the long cable and brick. Also, still trying to find an easy way to open this with larger hands. Would also suggest they use a higher friction finish to improve grip and reduce scratching. Fantastic in every performance sense!
