Powerful and capable yet light and compact. Can do most everything needed and touchscreen works well. Wish the screen were bigger but otherwise happy with it.

Laptop worked perfect for the first couple months. THEN...the touchscreen. Oh man, first it started doing random touches on its own. Now I'm lucky if I get it to function for 5 minutes and when it goes bad, it's just a dead touchscreen, like an old-school laptop. You would think that Samsung, with all their smartphone expertise, would build a good touchscreen. Guess not. The laptop itself works decent with the touchscreen permanently disabled in Device Manager though. Just a HUGE frustration that NEVER should have happened.

I've had the Galaxy Book Flex 2, i7, 16GB ram for less than a week and I am very impressed with its performance. The only drawback for me is the lack of an ethernet port but that is hard to find these days. All the other ports are there, including HDMI. It has a beautiful display and great keyboard. This is replacing my M1 Macbook Air where the lack of ports was challenging. Best Buy had a July 4th sale and the price was an instant selling point along with the quality of this machine.

Amazing product! I bought it to start digital art and having a touch screen is a real help with assistance of a drawing tablet.

Its a great laptop for students although I would recommend that you buy a cheaper version with an I-3 maybe since as a stident you wouldn't really need the high core processor for the work that you do. If you're looking for a gaming laptop then this is NOT it. You need soemthing woth a GPU not just a high end processor.

Somewhere else among these reviews, you might find my comments about the 1st one I bought, which we liked so much we bought another.

My warranty ran out on the last day of February. I have used it very little because I had an old one I traveled with. It worked great when I used it and was a great little computer. Closed it one evening and went to use it 10 hrs later and it is completely dead. Tried a new charger. Nothing. Called samsung and no mercy on the warranty . SOL Not happy!

This computer allows me to many things at once such as listen to music and play games and check emails.

I cant believe they are not using a USB C for charging (or better) this miniscule charging plug (2.5mm?) is too thin and fragile! After a week my cat knocked the laptop off the sofa, it fell 18 inches or less onto the carpet and the "pin" snapped off, 3 weeks later it slipped off the sofa again and yet again the pin broke off . . . . so, 2 Months in and im onto my 3rd charger!

Really slim and pretty pc, nice to carry around for college. Good resolution, etc but my touchpad ended up freezing or getting damaged by not even a month after purchase. :(

Great laptop at a low price from being an open box purchase. Hope it’ll last a long time .
