Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this computer for 2 weeks now and all of the glitches do not make it worth the price. I have had to reset my computer twice now due to the touchpad turning off with no way to turn it on despite Samsungs help. The F5 key would no longer function as well, which is the common fix. I am now having to send my 2 week old computer away to be fixed due to this problem. Other cons: - if you shut the computer or let it go to sleep, you will have to reload the page you were on because you will be unable to scroll or click on anything on the screen. - the screen flashes as though it is reloading on web pages, my 4 year old computer did not even do this. - does not work with the S Pen as some have said. The frustration with having to reload and reset the computer does not make this computer worth it.

Laptop worked fine up until the warranty expired, than stopped powering on. Samsung has completely lost my business. Keep in mind total tech did NOT cover fixing this laptop even though we pay that overpriced bogus charge as well. Luckily that can & will be canceled. Bestbuy you have lost our business completely.
