I love Samsung products especially their galaxy phone and laptops. This laptop is No disappointment and is top of its line. I love how light it is and the display is fantastic. It connects well with my galaxy S20 and the extra touch of using the stylus. With being such a thin laptop, it's great that it can have 16GB memory and a 1 TB hard drive. Lastly, The speakers are decent for a laptop this thin and light.

This Samsung laptop with a 1 TB SSD is a solid machine for its price. It sports a great feature list, has a nice display but lacks an onboard CD drive. A CD-DVD acessory drive, howeber, can be purchased at a minimal cost to fill tiis void if needed. The Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 is a very compact, lightweight and portable device with plenty of power and features to satisfy most students and road warriors.

Very lite, fast and thin like many high end ultrabooks. Two things different that I love - this computer is the weight and close to the size of a 14" ultrabook, ut it has a 15.6" screen. I have not seen such a svelte and compact 15.6" laptop. It's great. Second thing is that the case is blue - it's subtle, tasteful and looks high end without being the same boring monochrome black, white or silver.

Perfect for me! Great speed, awesome for multitasking and great battery life. I'm team Samsung for life and this samsung galaxy book did not disappoint. It's perfect for my businesses and personal life. You cannot go wrong with this one. I have nothing bad to say about it. After being in best buy for hours contemplating on which laptop to purchase, I'm so glad Austin A. was so informative and able to assist me.

Disappointing Fingerprint magnet of a machine

I really wanted to like this computer. It is a beautiful piece of machinery, thin and light, and I thought it might integrate seamlessly with my Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy Buds Pro, and become part of the Samsung's "new paradise" ecosystem-like experience crown jewel. Sadly, my expectations were not met by a long shot. Not only this is a fingerprint magnet like I have never seen before, but the integration with the Buds pro was disappointing (very slow to switch) and the connection with the phone is not much different than other windows laptops using the My phone app. Super Amoled screen is very nice for entertainment content, but the 1080p resolution for text and productivity work is average at best and you can see pixels. For a 1500 dollars machine, you would expect more, plus the palm rejection for some apps is inexistent which makes using the S-Pen very annoying. Fans also kicked in for no reason, even under very light tasks, and I had to change the power settings to silent. Had this machine had a 4k display I might force myself to ignore all the caveats and wait for better days of software improvement, but my OCD made me ultimately return it. Maybe you can live with those issues, but that's too expensive of an annoyance for me.

The perfect on the go productivity laptop

PROs
-Extremely thin and lightweight
-Great pen support
-Fast and perfect for productivity and light video editing
CONs
-Poor webcam resolution
-Shallow keyboard
-Microphone audio is muffled
I was interested in this laptop for several reasons. Foremost I was looking for a new productivity laptop – so I needed the ability to drive multiple screens with a dock or dongles if necessary for referencing documents and loading up spreadsheets in Excel. Secondly, I was wanting to see what a Samsung AMOLED screen looked like in a laptop. Samsung phone screens have been known to be incredibly bright and vivid which makes it extremely attractive to have on a laptop. This stellar screen paired with the S pen results in a digital notepad great for jotting down ideas and taking notes in meetings.
Design
I was immediately impressed by just how slim the design of this laptop was which makes it easy to carry and hold when operating in either laptop or tablet mode. It measures 0.47 at the thickest point and tapers down from there. This makes it great for tossing into a tote bag or backpack to bring with you anywhere – perfect for a person always traveling or on the go. The blue material is fingerprint sticky, so if you are particular about keeping this laptop clean, you will want to carry around a microfiber cloth.
As the 360 name implies you can flip the screen around to use the laptop in a tablet mode or flip it most of the way for an upside down ‘V’ that makes it great for presentations or watching videos. The hinge does have a little wobble – but I did not find this to be much of an issue.
Ports
The laptop has I/O that should satisfy most people’s needs, but if you’re a power user I would recommend a dock. I picked up a Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Mini dock which allowed me to integrate my monitors, mouse, and keyboard into my home office setup. In addition to the Thunderbolt 4 port it has a MicroSD card, headphone jack, and 2 USB Cs – either of which can be used for chagrining.
Display and Galaxy Pen
The screen is the star of this laptop and one of my top reasons for getting this laptop is the beautiful display which is bright and produces accurate vibrant colors. Additionally, the screen to body ratio is high resulting in tiny bezels – Samsung manages to cram a even tinier webcam into the top of the bezel which you can easily miss – more on this later.
If you are familiar or use a Samsung Note device for your phone, the experience on this laptop will be similar just bigger and, in many ways, better. The larger pen is more comfortable to hold and use for longer periods of time and operates in the same way as it does on the Note. You can tap and tap and hold to navigate the screen and holding the side button while hovering over the screen brings up the air commands menu.
Unlike the Note, there is no slot to tuck the pen away in. One can temporarily store the pen magnetically on the lid when not in use, but it is not strong enough to hold onto it when transporting the laptop. The writing experience is smooth and the grip on the tip of the pen does an excellent job of simulating actual writing on paper.
Keyboard + Trackpad
With a formfactor this thin some compromises get made in terms of the keyboard. The laptop features fairly shallow backlit chicklet style keys. I tend to type heavier with more force so the keyboard took some getting used to. I would prefer a more depth to the keys and a little bit more spring. If you’re used to laptops of similar formfactors you should adapt quickly to this keyboard.
A huge positive thing to note is that you do get a full keyboard with a number pad – great for excel entry and quick calculations. Additionally, for Windows Hello there is a fingerprint scanner built into the top right key which helps you instantly sign in to your PC. In my usage this worked accurately and quickly only requiring a second scan a couple times time a week.
Finally, the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 has a big trackpad which makes it comfortable to scroll, navigate, and perform multitouch gestures for users with even large hands.
Speakers
The speakers are good for the formfactor, but only get loud enough for personal listening. These speakers are not going to fill a room. Clarity is good in high and mid frequencies, but overall, the audio sounds distant and flat with bass that is none existent.
Conferencing: Webcam + Microphone
The 720p camera is tiny and almost invisible in the thin bezels. Since the camera is so small the quality of the camera is poor. The resolution is grainy and colors are washed out so don’t expect this camera to produce quality selfies like Samsung’s flagship phones.
The microphone is also adequate and does a relatively good job of blocking out background noise, but the resulting audio lacks clarity. Overall, this laptop will get the job done in terms of video conferencing on the go, but if you prefer a higher quality experience I might look elsewhere.
Performance and Apps
The laptop both boots amazingly fast and has an instant-on capability that makes picking up where you left off super easy. I have been impressed by the ability of this laptop given the formfactor. I was able to multitask editing spreadsheets in excel, referencing webpages and listening to a podcast all while still maintaining great battery life on the go. Additionally, I was able to watch and edit my GoPro footage with relative ease. Don’t underestimate this computer based on its slim profile.
Samsung users will appreciate the preinstalled Samsung apps and even the built in “Your Phone” app which allows for deep desktop integration with your Android based phone.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I found this laptop to be a perfect for a productivity minded person who is always on the go. The flexible formfactor and notetaking ability will delight users who are looking for a device to replace both their existing laptop and physical notebook or laptop/stylus combo. If the lackluster camera and microphone aren’t a priority this laptop will undoubtably serve the everyday road warrior well!

We bought this laptop for my daughter's first year of college. The IT department at her school is very impressed with its specs and so far it is doing everything she needs it to do. We already had a Samsung Notebook 9 Pro in our house that is going strong after 3 years of use. So investing in the Galaxy Book Pro 360 was a simple choice. Great battery life, super slim design, and it meets my daughter's college needs.

So far very impressed. I was debating between the new MacBook & this computer and decided to go with the Samsung as it had the larger screen option. I have always had Mac in the past until recently. I wish they made a protective cover for it - I am having difficulty finding one made for this computer specifically. Other than that it quickly starts up from shutdown & isn’t laggy & very responsive.

I love my new Galaxy Book Pro. We recently moved to another state and use this to watch our TV shows. Touch screen is very sensitive and accurate. Screen is clear and last quite a long time before we need to charge it. Our Best Buy staff that helped with this purchase know what they are doing and are incredibly nice and helpful.
