awesome preformance nice small and sleek love all the features it comes with

I bought the book 3 360 to go with my other Samsung products and let me tell you something the eco system is far beyond what i could imagine Everything runs smooth and i can swith back in forth with ease. The added bonus is that i can use my Samsung 23ultra as a 2nd screen.I recommend anyone who has Samsung products and want to use the eco system this is a good start, or if your looking for a great 2 and 1 by all means try it

This is just about the lightest 2-in-1 I've ever come upon. The screen brightness is terrific. The battery lasts for about 4 hours if you turn the screen brightness down. The only thing I miss is the Windows Hello camera. I have never found a fingerprint reader useful. Otherwise, this laptop is terrific!

Was purchased as a Christmas present for my wife. She set it up herself. While I have not used it haven't heard a word about it, which is good as the only time I hear anything is when there is a glitch or a problem. Believe she is quite happy with it.

Perfect screen size, super portable. This little thing had handle so many projects and tasks.

Wow, holding this thing is precarious -- it makes a lot of rattling sounds (like pop rocks) when you open the lid, pick it up or tilt it any in direction. It sounds like everything inside is moving around. I guess this is due to the machine being so thin and light, which it definitely is. After looking into the issue online, it seems lot of people have had their screens crack (without damage) because of the flimsy build. Given how shaky everything seemed out of the box, I decided to return the unit. The screen had vivid colours, though resolution is capped at 1920x1080, and it is a slightly awkward 16:9 ration (shorter/wider than the usual 16:10). The battery is also way less than advertised about about 7-8 hours on a charge with the battery saver recommendations all on. The touchpad worked really nicely (better than other laptops I've tried), and it is awesome how thin & light the machine is (if only the build quality were better). The performance was zippy as well despite the older DDR4 ram (note: most computers with 13 gen processors are using higher quality LPDDR5 ram).

I recently moved back to Windows from MAC and was a bit worried about performance. This machine has been great. It is fast, works well with my mobile devices, and is very responsive. This my everyday machine now for all types of work.
