Major upgrade in the Nick of time since my old one was running out of gas quickly. Used geek squad to transfer data plus all favorite apps etc and they did an awesome job!! Phew!! Big relief to get that done!!

I was assured that I’d receive brand-new laptops, not refurbished ones. However, the first laptop wouldn’t connect to the internet at all, despite my excellent internet connection. The second laptop had audio issues, which nearly cost me my job. It was my first day with my manager, and he had to delay my training by another week be of audio and connection issues, missing both my orientation and the training session. Due to internet inconnectivity like the previous one. Finally, the third laptop worked correctly—guess third time’s is still a charm.

The first thing to do when you are having difficulty connecting to the internet is make sure your modem and router are working properly. Reset your modem and router according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Then check out, "Cannot connect Samsung PC to internet" to conduct some troubleshooting steps on your device to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your connectivity. If the sound on your Samsung PC is distorted or scratchy, you can try fixing it by adjusting the volume or checking if updates are available. Keep in mind that this also depends on the type of sounds or music you’re listening to. Sometimes the screen brightness is a bit low, but thats when i use it outside. Overall i do not regret this purchase and i love how easily it integrates with my samsung ecosystem.

Just in the last few days it has started to run hot and just sit on the screen stating restarting when updating

MY SAM BOOK 4 IS LOVEEEEEEE

It was very easy on the eyes at first glance, but swift mouse movements and rapid window loading was everything I was expecting and more. The sleek Samsung logo did it again! One for me and one for my daughter!

Will work for anything you got going on. It is nothing fancy but gets the job done, great value for its price

The machine works well and is sufficient for what I need. I used visual studio on it and it ran well. The machine heated up quickly and the battery life isn’t the best. I also don’t love the screen sharpness. Compared to my MacBook Pro, this is quite a downgrade. I do love the amount of ports and the fingerprint function.

No complaints, and im suprised i have been playing gears of war on it with no problems. Didnt even get it for gaming. Got it for video editing. And its been doing both with no problems. Im stoked
