Nice looking laptop with a excellent display. Love the RJ45 port on. Has one HDMI port but one more HDMI port would have been perfect to connect two external monitors.

Coming from a MacBook to this windows 11 model that I use for work, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s almost impossible to get 16GB RAM at this price point! I believe Samsung has made its stamp in the laptop game successfully.

I haven't gotten a lot of use out of my new laptop yet, but from what I have experienced so far it's a pretty solid laptop, much better than the 5 year old Lenovo laptop I had previously been using, although it doesn't come with touchscreen I really appreciate the metal body because the computer just feels so much sturdier and I feel more confident it won't break.

So I needed a laptop for my consulting firm. This laptop is great for virtual meetings, outlook emails, scheduling, project management, and web research. Having CoPilot at my fingers made all the difference. Samsung made this laptop so smooth, I truly enjoy even working at night.

The performance and battery life of this laptop meet my expectations. The laptop's speed is impressive. It is portable and lightweight. The audio quality is excellent. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this laptop and would recommend it to others.

Very satify with the performance and portabily. Handles multitasking well. Also, if you already have other samsung devices you can expand its capabilities. Plus, charging is really fast.

I've not used this myself, was a gift for one of the semi-adult kids, but they love it. Could have better graphic capabilities but overall a solid laptop for a decent price; totally fine for school/work.

Got my Samsung laptop to replace 10+ year old work laptop. Major upgrade in the Nick of time since my old one was running out of gas quickly. Used geek squad to transfer data plus all favorite apps etc and they did an awesome job!! Phew!! Big relief to get that done!!

Needed something to replace my MacBook that was of age & this did just the trick! I paid less than half the price as it was on sale and that was definitely worth it. It performs editing well, video and photos alike, handles multitasking with ease, and the screen is very nice. One drawback I have of this laptop is the battery life, it lasts a little shorter than what I expected, but it lasts long enough for my necessity. Overall, this laptop is probably one I'll be using until it reaches its end of life or it breaks.

Very good, love the quality and design. I love the size of the screen. Sometimes the screen brightness is a bit low, but thats when i use it outside. Overall i do not regret this purchase and i love how easily it integrates with my samsung ecosystem.

I bought in August 2024, it is fast, nice quality and plenty of space for me in school. Just in the last few days it has started to run hot and just sit on the screen stating restarting when updating
