I am so happy with this Samsung computer. The color is amazing and the battery life. The computer has fast processing power and is very light. I had excellent customer service at Best Buy with a tech walking me through the whole process.

Excellent combination of RAM, SSD storage, Intel processor for the price (on sale). Lightweight, enough ports, built-in webcam, great battery life. Very good/excellent reliability per CR & multiple websites. Easy computer initiation by me (novice). Extra apps and start up programs to be modified per user preference. Bought for my mom, who is going back to college to earn her degree at nearly 60 years old and needed a new computer. Her previous laptop was the original Surface Pro, which was *fine* but was definitely showing signs of age, and was relatively small in terms of the display. As an upgrade, this is everything she was looking for. It works really well for her purposes; boot is so fast that she thought it wasn't shutting itself down, the programs for her classes load very quickly and don't lag, and she's been streaming movies with no issue. I also installed a few simple games for her, since she loves puzzle games, and I feel like anything that could be run on a phone would have little issue running on this laptop. Unsure about anything more demanding. As a bonus, the keyboard partially lights up, which helps her see the keys when it's dark. For me this wouldn't be a must-have feature, but for my mom it seemed important.

This tablet is awesome. It is fast, easy to set up and works with my Samsung account. And, as usual, it is Samsung quality through and through. I have a Book 4 Pro too, and this was why I bought this. This purchase was for my carry wherever I go tablet. The display is crisp. I love the lighted keyboard. And it charges fast and great battery life.

I actually bought this laptop about a year ago, and it's been holding up well!! It's sleek and good for every day use! Definitely an upgrade from my old laptop (windows surface) considering the screen size is larger and there are multiple ports and a headphone jack.

I bought this to keep my records straight and to be more portable. Living in Florida, with all our wonderful storms, you want to be able to take your important things with you quickly. But, I have to say that this little computer is amazing. It's fast, light, and gets the job done. It was very affordable and I highly recommend it.

Great laptop! Light weight, well made and the speed is amazing! I'm using it for work. I very pleased with the purchase! So portable and yet feels sturdy when your reaching for it do some work or a zoom meeting! Note: I read one review about the keys for the calculator on Samsung are slightly arranged different? I haven't noticed much difference and it hasn't slowed me down in the least! If your looking for a laptop Samsung is worth a look! Also I like the backlighted keys! So proceed with caution, make sure you glue down your toupe or clamped down your wigs because this thing is fast! I highly recommend!

I wanted a laptop that could do general purpose stuff and am blown away at how good this was. I bought it on sale for ~$500 and at that price-point, it's well-worth the money. I would say paying more would make it not as awesome, but I was able to play Fallout 4 on it comfortably at lower settings I noticed the performance optimizations can greatly vary the battery life. If you set the device to its lowest settings and just web browse, the battery lasts a long while. All-in-all, exceeded my expectations. The micro SD slot and RJ45 socket for wired ethernet are very cool features for my DIY electronics (specifically with raspberry pi's)

Got this laptop on a whim because of the deal of the day and I scored great on this guy, laptop performs really well for me for my daily task, I use it for my daily browsing and for my book keeping for my online business , the only complain i have is the numb pad has the zero to the side instead of directly in the middle since Im so used to it on my desktop workstation. Great laptop.over, its.tough during my travel international and go through tsa with no issues. Great laptop definitely recommend.

Love the no hassle buy with BB the help is the greatest. I love this computer it is fast. It has a lighted key board that is easy to use. The set up is fast and seamless. I prefer Intel over AMD. I like the 16GB or the 8GM. It's perfect for Seniors or anyone. I went from a Dell 17 screen to 15 1/2 Do not regret it. Look for BB sells every week. I bought on sale. They won't do you wrong.

This laptop is quite useful, but there isn't anything too special about it. It is quite fast, the battery life is long, and it is surprisingly light for its size, which makes it quite nice. Although a problem I have come across is that the fingerprint sensor rarely recognizes me, but other than that the computer is a great for those with a tight budget.

Love it. Nice size and easy finger pad. The speeds are fast and have lots of storage. Excited because I do social media and uploading had become a breeze for me. Also, the battery life is great it last almost a whole day.
