    Great Earbuds, Terrible Shipping.

The Galaxy Buds are great. Sound quality is great, noise cancellation is okay, they fit in my ears pretty good and it's a nice addition to my Samsung Ecosystem. But Why 3 stars? It's because of the issue with shipping. First time it wasn't BB's fault, as UPS lost it. They sent me a replacement for free. That replacement was supposed to come on a Tuesday, with FedEx. For 4 days it stayed like that, with no updates. I contacted BB and was told TWICE to not worry that it will come Tuesday. It didn't. I'm usually patient, and don't even write reviews. But it was just a complete inconvenience.

I like the look and style of the earbuds. I am glad they have a various color options. I had the apple AirPods but I wanted an earbud that was black. The function of the AirPods worked better with my apple device but I still think the sound quality and style work for basic needs. I wish it had more features and had a capable app for apple products.

The sound quality is great and they are comfortable to wear. My only compliant is that they don't stay in while trying to do anything with activity. As simple as mowing the lawn, they fall out.

they are good quality but the battery doesn't last nearly as long as advertised if you need bigger tips you'll have to take them off every time you wanna charge them or they wont make contact with the terminals

For the entry price, they were pretty solid ear buds. Good sound quality, deep bass when properly inserted. Battery life was exceptional. However, they didn't even last a full year. I wore them basically all day every day during the work week. 10-12 hours usually. The left bud went out after only about 8 months. Sound was very high pitched and scratchy while at the same time very quiet, if that makes sense. I ran these buds stock, no apps or software to increase volume or change EQ settings other than what was available in the Galaxy Wearble app. Just a few days ago the right bud stopped working and now only holds a charge for about 90 minutes then it's back in the case to charge. I've switched to the Buds2 Pro as of this morning and sound is already better than what these were in the beginning (obviously because its an upgrade). For the money though, these are solid and good buds but like the title says, buy the warranty! You could essentially get 2-3 new replacements throughout the 2 year life of the warranty should you end up with the same problems I did after just months.

These Galaxy Buds2 are like that one friend who’s super chill but occasionally vanishes mid-conversation. The battery life? Chef’s kiss. I can rock out for hours and still have juice left. And when they do finally run low, a quick nap in the case brings them back to life faster than "a race horse on steroids at the Kentucky derby." Sound quality is solid, nothing that'll make audiophiles weep with joy, but great for everyday use. My only gripe is the connection. Sometimes they act like Bluetooth commitment-phobes and just drop the signal like it’s hot. If you're cool with a little unpredictability in your tech relationships, these buds aren’t a bad pick!

Got these to use with my Galaxy phone. I typically carry an iPhone but switch up every now and again. I have Airpods 2 Pros that I use when I travel and for every day use and wanted these to be the same, just for my Android device. I think the sound quality is a little better and it has an EQ in the software. But thats about it. They are less confortable to wear, tried all 3 tips just incase. Features are ok but the touch controls can get frustrating as I try to keep pushing them back in. They work fine a banlttery life is good. Just not as polished of an experience as ipods. They are decent and everyone has different ears so there is a chance they will fit better for some.

The big problem I have with these is that they don't fit in my ears very well and fall out very easily. Tried all three different size silicon tips that came with the buds without success. Many reviews and forum posts have mentioned this and a common solution is to purchase some aftermarket memory foam tips. The controls are responsive and there is decent sound quality for the price, but the sound can feel a little flat at times. Active Noise Canceling is not very powerful, but the earbuds block a lot of the major sound just by being in your ear. Volume control by double tapping your ear can be enabled in the Samsung Wear up as an experimental feature, which I find handy. I personally could not hear much of a difference when using the 360 audio option. Battery life is not great if you are using the Active Noise canceling or the Ambient Sound feature, but the case can hold three full charges for both earbuds, and one can be used while the other charges. Earbuds charge fast as well. I have not had a single connectivity issue with these earbuds and they turn on and connect very fast when taking them out of the case.

The earbuds worked great for me early on, but after use for around 6 months to a year the quality starts to waiver. The sound in the earbuds can drastically fall off forcing you to use the buds on maximum volume to hear well. I have also experienced, on multiple occasions, one of the earbuds refusing to charge and or connect to my phone, rendering it useless. This would force me to only be able to use one earbud. Searching on the internet offers some help as it seems this is a very common and large problem with galaxy buds, and I have had the same problem with other pairs and versions of galaxy buds.

Meh. The sound quality is pretty good. On the other hand, the tap function is not very good. It usually takes several attempts to get it to respond. Also, I have to be careful not to get a squeal of feedback when my hand is near the earbud. The battery life is not too bad, and I like the app reporting battery levels. The multiple feedback tones are confusing.

For the money, these earbuds are pretty good. Lately, I've been having a problem with the volume being extremely low on the left earbud. The battery life could be better, but the sound quality is excellent, other than the left earbud. I would recommend but make sure you get the extended warranty

Really nice if you have a galaxy phone. The ability to set the earbuds to noise cancelling or white noise in the app is super convenient and the noise cancelling works way better than I would've expected. Overall, they have really good sound quality. The app also plays a noise to find lost earbuds and it's a lot louder than when I was trying to find apple airpods. My main issue is the case. These are my second pair and both times I've have to constantly recharge the case daily or every other day. It gets inconvenient having to constantly recharge their case. Also, if the case gets dropped the earbuds will fall out almost every time. The earbuds also sometimes aren't the best quality during calls. I've had people tell me they can't hear me very well and I'll have to adjust the positioning of the earbuds for them to properly hear me. Overall, really nice pair of earbuds and would still reccomend them over airpods if you have a galaxy device. They also work well and connect easily with iPhone.

Sound quality was great and battery life was good. Really had to wiggle earbuds in charging case to make sure they were connected for recharge or you would have one fully charged bud and one dead. Case at the beginning held a good charge but at the end wasn't charging as many times as it was. Earbuds didn't last two years. Left earbud only gives static. Right bud still works.

These earbuds are fairly comfortable and were effortless to pair with my Z Fold 3. The sound quality when listening to music is good. They do not sound as good when using them to talk on the phone. My voice sounded muffled and there was occasional static. Noise cancelling feature is somewhat effective. I got these free with my recent purchase of a new phone. I would not pay the retail price. They are only marginally better that fifty dollar earbuds.

These buds are comfortable, they sound good, and they have paired easily with all my devices. However buyers need to be aware that Samsung's app for controlling the features of these buds no longer functions. The notice on the Samsung website says that do to hardware upgrades the app will no longer function on this model. That is very disappointing.

The sound quality is good and battery life is great. I can go 2 to 3 days depending without charging. The connectivity is the worst, there's a 5 second delay to connect and another 5 second delay for the person to hear you, super frustrating.
