These ones are so much better! Just wish they would not pop out when i bend over but other than that i love them!

I have a few other styles (the ones that look like a little button that go in your ear work best, i have bigger ears) that stay in, these stick style just don't and it's too bad, these have a handful of cool features and synced right up with my phone the second they turned on. I did return them, but only doing 4 stars since i couldn't actually use them. not any design flaw or anything, it just didn't fit my ear anatomy.

Does not answer calls, ear buds are one-size fits, fit is not snug but loose. Aside from these issues they work great for my purpose, which is just phone calls.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It sounds like you may be experiencing an improper seal when it comes to wearing your Galaxy Buds3 FE. Please utilize the Galaxy Wearable app's fit test. Then ensure the correct ear tip size is used (Small, Medium, Large included), clean the mics/speakers, and if needed, reset Bluetooth or the earbuds themselves via the app or pairing button for a stable connection. The noise canceling is what i like nost since there is so much noise where i work and i put them on and im able to concentrate on what im doing. Overall they are amazing!
