Customers praise the Galaxy Fit Activity Tracker + Heart Rate for its excellent battery life, ease of use, and comfortable size. Many appreciate the accurate sleep and step tracking, along with the device's lightweight design and ability to receive phone notifications. However, some users experienced issues with the band breaking or compatibility problems with non-Samsung phones. A few also felt the features were somewhat limited compared to other fitness trackers.

Sometimes it lasts a full extra day with a similar schedule each time, but no complaints. It’s nice light and hardly noticeable while sleeping.

Great Activity Tracker, I purchased this item for the heart rate. I'm very pleased. I have small wrists and this was a perfect fit.

Seeing how many steps you've taken or the reminder that you haven't moved in a while had motivated me to get up and move around more so that's good.
I do notice that when my wife and I go on walks I have sometimes 2000 steps less than she does which I'm not sure why.
I have also checked my step count, walked around the house to get something then checked it when I sat back down and the count was the same so I'm not sure it's counting every step.
Still since it does remind me to get up and move I'm going to say I like it.

Battery is s good for 3-4 days. Mostly bought it for notifications from my phone and works well. Health apps seem to work well too. Blood pressure, Stress, timers, Calorie burner, Steps, Sleep/Rest. Color iDsplay is nice and bright even in the bright sun. Able to change watch face. Solid strap, waterproof. Was discounted for half retail when purchased so a great deal.

Simple and light weight. The band gets loose after a while, but it serves it purpose. I love the sleep tracking!

I bought this watch to help get me more active. I had been using the Samsung Health App on my Galaxy phone to track all things fitness but wanted something that could better track my activity especially when I wasn't carrying my phone. It has every feature plus more that a beginner could need. It syncs up with my phone quick and seamlessly so I can easily see my steps, calories burned, heart rate, etc. in one place. But the screen on the watch is a great size with a simple, customizable layout where you can see your data at a glance too. I love that it also tracks sleep and stress. The battery life is great for its size; I can usually go 4 days before I have to charge it. The only con I have experienced with this watch so far is that the "auto-detect a workout" feature sometimes pauses my workout even if I'm still moving. Its only a slight inconvenience as it usually starts right back up but the nudging notification gets a bit annoying when I'm focused. I would highly recommend it, especially for Samsung users.

Wife is a teacher and mentioned having a watch to check her notifications would be better than pulling out her phone. At its core it’s great for that but we were shocked about how much health related data it collects over a 24 hour cycle. Interested to see how it holds up to what her doctors feel is accurate but at very least it provides insight into heart rate and sleep patterns from day to day.

Only had this for a bit, but it s a good fitness watch. I'm coming over from a Versa that stopped working under a year, and decided I didn't want to be out that much money if it failed again. I found this on clearance for 50 bucks, and I don't have any complaints. Compared to a Versa its a bit limited, but for less than 1/3rd of the price, I can't complain.

It is light weight. I like how long the batter lasts. The one thing that frustrates me is the strap is a bit of a pain to get on and off.

This is a great fitness tracker. It is customizable and easy to use. It works great for what I need it for and alerts me when I have a call or text and the option to turn those alerts off as well. Also, alerts on the tracker turn off when the watch is not on your wrist.
battery life is about 4 days for me and I only take it off to charge it.

I'm very impressed by this watch, especially for the price. I got it on sale for $50 before the release of the Fit2. If you have a Samsung phone, it is really easy to connect and everything is seamless. It does what I need it to do!
Because the Fit2 is now out, I suggest getting that if you don't have a fitness watch yet. But if you still have the first-gen, I don't think you really need to upgrade because this watch is still really good.

I originally bought the new Galaxy Active and hated the battery life and shape of the screen. I changed to this instead and it's amazing! It has a great battery, syncs well with my Galaxy phone, and does a great job of tracking my activity!

I purchased this device to work along side many Gear S3. This is a good device with the understanding that it is a basic fitness tracker with HR monitor. I do not use it as a smart watch, I use it for going to the gym and swimming with the understanding that I can be notified as needed. It is not a smart watch by any stretch of the word. The only thing that I do not like is that the steps do not sync between it and my Gear S3 but in the end all of the steps are counted and that is what I find useful.

Currently a steal when I bought it, this is a great entry level fitness wearable. Steps taken, exercise tracker, heart rate and more!
I find the sleep tracker useful as you can see how much of the different types of needed sleep you are getting.
It's not an expensive smartwatch, so don't expect to take calls or reply to messages on it, but you can see your notifications, and even use it to submit a few "canned" replies.

This Galaxy Fit is great overall but it does not lost five days like it states. Even four days is pushing it for me. So, if battery life isn't a big deal for you then this is good. I also don't like that i can't view my steps while in Other workout mode. It still vibrates to let me know i have reached my target. It has a nice design and stays on nicely.

Use this exclusively after using google wear and samsung watches. It battery lasts me all week, every watch I had to shut off as many features to make the battery last a day or 2. it's got alarms, notification access, work out detection, the band is very simple but I can confirm it's comfortable and holds well. I have never had it slip off. I average 10,000 steps plus a day for work and use my hands to work on machinery and I haven't had issue of any kind yet. Smart watches would get scratched and bashed alot. This is much more compact and I love it. Might upgrade to the next generation but not because of anything wrong with this one. I'm just a early adopter. Highly suggest this band over a smart watch! The watch face options are pretty good too.

Bought this for my husband. He loves it. I had previously bought one for my self. You can't talk on it or answer any calls, but can reject or view emails and texts. Love how it keeps up with my steps, tracks my sleep, and I'm able to see my caller ID when away from my phone.
