I had an Active watch, but this one does almos all the active does, plus its cheaper and its battery last longer. Samsung claims 7 days, but I'm only getting 3 days at most. Other people have also said that their watch's battery last longer, so I am not sure if I got a defective unit, but I would still recommend it.

I love the size and functionality of the band. Seems accurate with step count and sleep tracking. The downside is it will lose Bluetooth connectivity when you walk away from the phone and sometimes the only way to reconnect is to restart your phone.

This is a great smart watch but not so much fitness tracker. If you are looking for fitness tracker I would suggest a Fitbit charge 4 or versa model. However this is a great smartwatch if that's what you are looking for. I have a samsung s8 smart phone that it works great with. I got a silver mesh band that makes I look classy for a smartwatch and it is customizable to a point. I use my fitbit charge 4 more than this one just because I like the features for fitness much more. This watch is excellent for runners as I have learned it tracks best for running or bigger movements rather than lift some weights, walking, or elliptical.

This is my first fitness tracker. I am still learning about the features of this one. So far, it's doing what I want it to do. It keeps track of my activity. It counts my steps and calories burned. I can set a timer or it will start the timer when it senses your activity. It measures your heart rate and stress level. It shows me the date, time and temperature. It connects to my phone. It vibrates when I get a call or text message. It works for me.

This watch is so awesome. I'm amazed at all the features. It of course tracks your steps, but it also measures your heart rate, stress, how long you slept, tells you the temperature outside, notifies you of email's, text and incoming phone calls, etc. It picked up that I was on the treadmill and synced it to S Health app on my Note 10. I've had it on since this morning and I still have 81% battery life and its bedtime. And its sleek enough to wear with the majority of my fashion's. I really like this watch so much. Keep it coming Samsung!

I bought this because my Samsung Gear S3 battery died. I was quite surprised at how well this watch took the place of my gear S3 for the moment. I especially love the fact that I can charge this watch and not have to charge it again for another three to four days. without a doubt I would recommend this watch to anyone looking to pick up a fitness watch that they don't have to charge on a daily basis

I loved my similar Garmin watch/device, so I knew what style I wanted. The only reason I switched to this Samsung is because I have a Samsung phone. I like the options for the face. The band is a little different but I got used to it. At first the battery went down quickly, but it now lasts a week easily without charging. My only guess is that at first it might have been loading more stuff when it was new. Hubby stuck with the Garmin and his new model is very similar, and less expensive. But I'm not sorry I got this one.

Fits my ticket. Keeps track of my heart beat, stress level, and steps, Easy to use band once you master taking it off and on. Met all my needs.

This is a very solid product. Very easy to use and clean. Seems to be very accurate in recording my actions. I would buy this product again as I have no concerns with it.

I like the idea of an actual smartwatch but I feel like there's just too much going on in just one small place. This has exactly what you need in a fitness tracker. Extremely easy to use. The biggest plus is receiving notifications and being able to send a short quick reply without having to pull out my phone. All the data from the device is organized on Samsung health which is a great app on it's own.

Good and comfortable to wear to sleep for tracking and alarm. Battery last around 5 days for this purpose. Wouldn't use it as a daily smartwatch during the day, to small and limited.

Bought for my daughter. Absolutely love it. Fits great and looks awesome. Love the message notifications.

I was looking for a band that would track my steps, monitor my hr and sleep. The Galaxy Fit does all that and more. I have a Samsung galaxy phone so syncing was a breeze.

This is a nice alternative to a smart watch if you don't need a fully capable smart watch. The build quality of this tracker is very solid and you can wear it anywhere: hiking, biking, walking or just going to work. The battery lasts much longer than in a smart watch, but this tracker takes forever to charge... Also, don't expect the touch screen and the colors be as crisp and vibrant as on Samsung Active watch. The response to touch is a little bit slower and sometimes you have to press several times to get where you need to. The strap feels nice on the skin and the buckle is very secure. There is no way this tracker will fall of your hand.

This is a decent product for its price point but you are really getting what you pay for - there are performance issues, strange crashes, and major limitations to what you can manage from the app. Samsung Health is fine but the Fit app connection with the band can randomly break, causing the band to freeze with no easy way to reset. It detects steps when you've set it to other activities which can distort counts. Still, for the price, it's useful and I'm satisfied with the product. It's worked for running, yoga, and swimming, as well as general sleep and movement tracking.

I bought this unit primarily to track activity and sleep. It also helps me keep track of my water intake and heart rate. It’s an uncomplicated fitness tracker if you have low expectations. Does it’s job. Cons: The bluetooth disconnects often with my iphone so I’m often reconnecting manually. The app’a food tracker doesn’t have a barcode scannner so that’s a bummer. Otherwise am happy with the purchase.

Love the ease of using the watch, and like the new slim design. Battery life is better, and it is waterproof

I just wanted a basic fitness tracker. Samsung rep set up for me with app on my Samsung phone. Wanted more info on using all the different settings so checked the app and it tells me its not available! No detailed instructions in the box. At one point it kept stopping while exercising. Took it back to the Samsung expert and he reloaded everything. Started stopping again and by chance I shut down "location" on my phone while exercising and haven't had a problem since. Works great! For just wanting something basic this fit the bill. I probably would've given a 5 if I hadn't had trouble right away.

Great tracker. It does everything I need it to do and it has good battery life. I have a small wrist and it fits nicely.
