A T and T was unable to activate the phone. The phone is too expensive..it's doesn't feel or look like a luxurious phone. I returned mine after 2 hours of use.

Received my order in April 2020 in less than 90 days the inside screen went black. Returned it and got another one and it went black again by January 2021 . Other than that the phone was great but not functional if I can only use the outside screen. I upgraded to the Z Fold 2 and have not had any issues with the phone

Got mine direct from ATT but felt the need to review here as well. I don't normally write reviews but this thing is amazing! Been a long time since I've had a phone this cool. I used to be the "phone guy" and always got the latest and greatest thing. But the original iPhone was the last time something truly incredible came around. After that everybody and their grandmother had basically the same thing. Everything about this device is premium and screams high performance technology! It is blazing fast. Snapdragon 855, 12 gigs ram, and 512GB of UFS 3.0 storage speak for themselves. You can barely see or feel the crease and most times it is completely invisible. I dont even notice the notch on the main screen at all. Screen is so big the notch is irrelevant. I have been using it for over a week now and even dropped it twice and without a hint of any issues. I have let everyone who sees it hold and fold it and it really feels good seeing how happy everyone is playing with it. It works fantastically as a phone and a tablet. Sure the front screen is small but how long have I been reading reviews about people complaining about too big smartphones. Sure it isn't dust and waterproof but is your iPad? Is your laptop? Do those get destroyed in 5 seconds? I feel like the reviewers gave the Fold a death sentence with all of the relentless bashing but without a really good reason. The build quality is solid. In a drop test video the guy had to drop it about 30 times on solid concrete from every angle and it still worked flawlessly. He had to drop it from 10 feet onto solid concrete directly on the edge before the folding display started acting up, and that was after dropping it 30 times before. Basically if you are wanting it, then get it. The cost really isn't that bad. I canceled my tablet plan and without that cost it's only 15 bucks extra per month and that's with ATT Next Up so I can upgrade in a year if I want to. So to sum up: The Galaxy Fold is an excellent smartphone/tablet hybrid that works perfectly and will make you excited about your phone again. Highly recommended! By the way I typed this whole review on the front screen so it is totally usable.

If you don't have this device honestly you're missing so much. I can't go back to single screen phones even the latest ones. Build quality of Galaxy Fold is premium. I am returning my iPhone 11 Pro Max and keeping Galaxy Fold. There's a day and night difference between all the phones and Galaxy Fold. It's really fast and has 500GB of storage. Came with Galaxy Earbuds and case. This device will give you a very immersive experience. It's fun to use too. This truly is a future of the phones.
