Bought this watch when it was a deal of day buy for $149, so the price was reasonable...love not having to have my Samsung Note II on me at all times in order view/take calls or see my incoming texts. I often carry my phone in my purse or in my laptop bag & don't like always having to carry it my pocket, since it is a bigger sized phone...so having the ability to wear a smaller accessory to not miss calls/take texts is great for me. I do wish the bluetooth range was better - I work on an average office floor building area & sometimes going to a conference room on the opposite side of where my phone is located causes a disconnection.

This is an outstanding product. It's really nice that I do not have to dig for my phone and be worried that I'm going to miss a call. I hope that Samsung is working on making the look of these watches more attractive for female buyers. Put some bling on it!

I like it a lot, it comes in handy when your busy and can't really get to your phone and the find my device is really handy.

Galaxy Gear has the capabLove the family Glympse and the ability to Organize tasks and information. Awsome life well. Needs more APPS like Play store. Hope tizen does.

easy to use. i get lots of compliments / questions about it. would like to see a strava app for it. i pair it to galaxy s3 phone. looks good. im getting about 2 days of battery life currently.

I think they need to do something to let you make the volume turn up louder. Its hard to hear in the car driving down the road. But it works pretty good other wise.

I bought this one for a friend. he works as a salesman. he loves it specially the notification feature. he gets emails and texts with out having to take it out of pocket when with customers.

The Samsung Galaxy Gear is an amazing peice of tech. My mother and I ride our bikes and it is extremely functional! We take pictures while riding, answer the phone, and listen to music, while remaining "hands-free". I would recommend this product!

Great to read messages and emails without pulling up my phone. Good for meetings, when I'm out on a dangerous downtown Rio de Janeiro Street. Camera also usefull

I bought the watch hoping that I could stay in touch with business associates during a hectic production schedule. A quick glance at the watch when my wrist vibrates lets me know at a glance whether it is an important update that needs to be addressed quickly, or something that can wait for a break. As far as anyone knows, I am checking the time.

This item is PRETTY COOL!! You can make/answer calls, receive/send texts, take photos/videos, check the weather... ALL from your watch! This thing is cool and a step into the future. The item could be better, but I only say that because I know the next generations of the Gear WILL be better and do more when it comes out, so I'm EXCITED about the next versions to come. I haven't gotten a "oh, that's corny!" comment at all about the Gear. Though its cool as hell, its a bit pricey for the functions it completes. If you're not an avid phone user this may not seem like a frugal purchase.

As the commercial shows it's really cool. I mean you can text with it and make phone calls and all the other interesting stuff. And the cons. Well when trying to send text messages it constantly says no connectivity check connectivity. Constantly askes who you want to send it to after you have already said who you wanted. Constantly chooses the wrong word when speaking to it and even when talking slow. People on the other end of the phone call say it has a lot of echo. And on your end it is very hard to hear them. If you try the stepping app for it it counts hand movements as a step. So no where near accurate. Battery life is pretty good Radio stations app is horrible. Along with basically all the others. Camera is nifty but hard to take photos at such an odd angle. But it's still a cool concept

I was very hesitant about buying this watch until I got it for half off on the Best Buy daily deal. Now I will say for that price the watch is well worth it. You can go out and buy a watch that only tells time for way more than this watch cost. With the added features of being able to control your phone and get notifications when your phone may be away from you is very helpful. Also the fact you can change the watch face on the screen to your own style and desire adds another +1 to the watches good parts. Only wish there were more apps that had apps on the watch.

This watch could do no wrong. Camera, video, weather, you name it, it does it. Very comfortable to wear, user friendly & just overall amazing. I wish it was water proof & that it had a calendar but other than that very great device.

This watch is really awesome! Checking my phone without taking it out my pocket is the best yet. Im in the military and can't always pull my phone out to check a text however, I can surely flick my wrist and check it that way. There's a "no walking and talking on a cell phone" rule we have in the ARMY and this watch is a loop hole to that rule! Lol! The camera quality is amazing and when you take a picture from it, it instantly goes to your photo album on your phone. I always put my phone down and the watch tells you when your out of range of your phone and if you can't find your phone you can alert it from your watch. The user interface is very easy to use. This product is very well put together. Samsung, really has a winner with this one. I can't wait to see more compatible apps for the gear!

great device for my galaxy phone very useful for everyday use

Having the ability to use the hands free telephone works very well. Receiving texts message without having to keep my cell phone in my hand has been a time efficient move. Photos sync to the cell phone is also a positive feature.

Really good watch with great ITB features. Great to see notifications come up when someone is calling, texting or meetings come up. Wish there were more applications available. Also limited to Samsung Phones with Android 4.3
