bad battery

Cheated. Do not buy this phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone says it's unlocked.. however I received a locked version of it. Called up Best Buy to fix it and they said they can't do it, directed me to CCR warranty , even they can't do it and ask me to call Best Buy. Again called up Best buy and they asked to called up Samsung and Samsung again asked me to call up Best Buy. Worst experience and now I am stuck with a phone which does not work with any SIM cards, tried AT&T,cricket,T-mobile. Pathetic and felt cheated when I bought this phone from best buy. They do not want to seem to help me in any regard. So please do not buy phone from Best Buy.
