good cell phone

Great Phone

I tried an unlocked phone from Walmart but had to return it as it only accepts US SIM only even though it was unlocked. But this phone I bought from Best Buy, does accept international Sim and my uncle has been using it abroad.

I understand that you would like to know why the Samsung J2, J5, or J7 phones are not listed on the Samsung website, if they are supported by Samsung, if Samsung honors the warranty on the phones, and if Samsung honors warranties on phones that are sold by Best Buy. I can definitely understand your concern and would love to assist. Usually, if a phone is not listed on the Samsung.com website, is not an American-based device. If the phone is for a different country, Samsung US will not honor the warranty and there will be no support available for the product.
