I like this phone. I have a few things I don't love about it, but it works well and for the most part no issues.

Phone is easy to operate. Awesome high resolution camera with burst picture feature. Definitely worth the money.

I am very new to the whole "cellphone" idea. I like the weight of the Samsung J3 and its features are great. I am having some difficulty with the keypad; my fingers are not yet used to this new device. I like the ability to access my e-mail with this phone.

720p is good video.and price was good, low device payment plan for verizon

I bought this as a Christmas present phone upgrade for my mother who is 60+ and not great with technology. She loves it! We put it in easy mode and she takes her time figuring out how to operate various apps on the phone. For the price it's a great deal!

This is a great first phone for my 12 year old. It is very simple to use.

This phone is good for a beginner. With limited memory it limits the apps that can be installed.

for a low cost Galaxy phone it has all the features I need or want easy to use if I had to criticize anything it would be that the external speaker needs to be a little louder and make ring tones louder other than that its a great phone

I am not a heavy user and find the phone just right for my communication and information needs..

The Samsung Galaxy J3 was an excellent choice phone with a low cost entry point. Does everything that the most expensive phones do. Serves the purpose of making calls, receiving and sending text messages and emails. No problems.

So far my daughter love her phone, she text me off of it everyday. She is 8 years old

We had neve used a smart phone and found @ the age of 70 & 77 we had no problem a great buy.

decent phone but the automatic setting to wipe data if you forget your password etc sucks.

I got this phone for my son, my teenage son. He has had it for a year now with no issues. He uses it to you watch a Videos text, make phone calls. Excellent buy at a very reasonable price. No complaints!

Good basic phone , if you need to make phone calls only. It was free with the promotion.

Easy to use. However, poorest quality of pictures I have ever seen for indoor pictures. Excellent for outdoor pictures. Was for my husband who uses his phone for lots of pictures taking. Consider returning it.

I purchased this phone for my 10 yr old son for a birthday gift. Great beginner phone for him. He can play games, watch you tube, take plenty of pictures and can save them via his memory card. Great beginner phone!!

It was for my granddaughter. She likes that she can do whatever an iPhone can do.

He loves it great phone for a teen. It's entry level android so not too expensive
